I've been to one other place because my insurance at the time didn't use Carstar and I wasn't satisfied on the pick up. I had to return it and still wasn't completely satisfied. “I'm driving across the country and brought my car in for a comprehensive checkup. The car had almost 200k miles on it, so he changed the timing belt for us. There was a problem with a stuck and broken bolt during this change, and Rob worked on it for several days without changing the initial pricing he gave us for the much shorter initial job - in fact, we ended up on the lower end of the initial price range. He even handled dealing with a nervous and overly concerned mother, answering her questions smoothly and graciously and even adding a few of her requested last minute adjustments as we were heading out.”
