There is a variety of options for dogs that have food sensitivities in this store. But what makes the Healthy Animal stand out is the knowledgable owner, Robert. I am a professional dog trainer and trust Robert to guide my clients when they are in need of a specialized diet or treat. I also purchase treats regularly because I know that they are healthy and safe for my own dogs.

Stopped in after a vet visit today and had the best experience. Our generally nervous dog was so comfortable and Robert was super helpful with introducing us to some options for nontraditional/mass marketed food. We also loved the enrichment toy and cat supplies they had! So excited to know this shop is here now.

This was my first visit there. Adoption center for Trenton Cats Rescue and such nice employees. The store is full of healthy food and treats for all your furry friends. I will be back again it was a great find and experience

Came here for the adoption event of Trenton Rescue. The shop is clean, well organized with nice staff. They have a small play room on the back for visitors to hang out with the kittens.

This place has a lot of interesting and unique supplies for cats and dogs. It's very clean and well organized. They also do adoption events for pet rescues, which is cool. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to customers, and genuinely care about animals.

Fantastic local pet store tucked into a corner behind Thai Ginger and Bagels and Cream in the Foxmoor Shopping Center. Tons of healthy and organic food and snacks for dogs and cats as well as toys and accessories. I went and spoke with the owners and was on my way with a supply of food specially selected to keep my senior Boston Terrier happy and healthy without breaking the bank in a matter of minutes. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and are what truly makes this place special. They clearly care about animals, as demonstrated by their customer service as well as their partnerships with local rescue organizations. They're also offering all sorts of options to help with social distancing right now, including local home delivery and curbside pickup. If you have a cat or dog, just take a few minutes and stop by this place instead of trekking over to one of the big-box animal supply stores. My guess is you'll have a new source for your pet's needs if you do.
