If i could give no star I will, very bad customer service when you need help , if you stop use them service they won’t even talk to you, they don’t even give you money back when you left some gas in the tank, they came late for the service and I can’t wait that long to remove the tank but I took a picture of the tank usage but they denied, but they send the bill right way ask you pay for the bill! Very interesting company never back and never recommend to someone else

Absolutely the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with. Cancelling appointments, scheduling appointments without telling me. Me taken off from work just for them not to show up. Me having to reach out to them for over a week to put my paperwork through. Worst customer service and communication from this place!

I reached out to suburban propane in it with a quick response a very kind pleasant lady named Debbie answered. I explained my problem and within a half an hour she quickly responded back with a prompt source of action! They come out that day Nd handled my issues!! Highly recommended ask for Debbie you wil not be disappointed
