WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They sold me a car they were unable to get a title for. After 4 1/2/ months, no title, no registration. The car sat parked for months. After hundreds of phone calls, threatening to sue they gave me my money back. I still lost over $1,000.00 for an extra key, (they only gave me one). I also had the car detailed.

I had an amazing experience leasing my new grand Cherokee. I was greeted by John Emmel as soon as I pulled in and from the first handshake I felt completely taken care of. It was a busy Saturday and yet they were attentive from start to finish. I was thrilled with my experience and feel I drove off in the best car for my kids and me. This is the best dealership experience I have ever had!

I am so happy to have worked with Matt at Rt 130 Jeep. Buying a car can be such an intimidating process, but Matt made it easy and pleasant. He heard us out, worked with our budget, and got us into something gorgeous!! I highly recommend Matt. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here!

Was there this past Saturday as my lease was up. This was my second Jeep through this dealership. I am not the biggest car person, so John E. was very helpful with getting me in a car that I felt comfortable driving, throughly went through every new feature and gadget, and got me in an affordable deal. Highly recommend this dealership & if John E. is available, ask for him!

I went in to test drive a Cherokee on 7/29 not looking to do anything else. Our sales associate Jackie assisted. We had such a pleasant experience with absolutely no pressure. This was a first car for my son. She gave us all the time and let us fully check it out. We wound up purchasing that day and she helped make a great deal while never pressuring us. My son as well as us are so happy and will definitely be back to work with Jackie. I highly recommend going there.

Incredible service! Made a purchase yesterday with John E! He was so helpful with the entire process. The first car salesman I’ve ever worked with who gave us space and didn’t try to pressure us into something we didn’t want. We will definitely be coming back for John E’s service!

My family and I were looking into purchasing a bigger vehicle. We visit Jeep route 130 and we had such a great experience. As we arrived Junior greeted us, he was very professional and knowledgeable while speaking to us. Junior was able to answer all our questions. He was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure the vehicle of choice. We left very satisfied with our brand new 2023 Limited Grand Cherokee.I normally hate dealing with car salesmen due to the pressure they can put on you, but this was a different experience and I'm thankful for that.When visiting Jeep route 130 please ask for Junior Rodriguez, highly recommended!!!

I drove from several states away to inquire about a Genesis G80. Given my recent change in career (working as a Registered Nurse less than 1 month now) and several employment breaks due to school, most dealers wouldn’t even consider my inquiries valid (I had been turned away from other dealerships without them even checking my credit 3 years ago); but John E at Route 130 greeted me as I got out of my car, listened to my situation explanations, and worked hard with his team to allow me to purchase the car. Everyone at route 130 was amazing. It can be very intimidating buying a car when you’re a career college student with 2 degrees and large amounts of student loans—but John E and Route 130 made it possible and simultaneously made the experience very pleasant.

***5 Stars*** Excellence experience at Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Both their service department and sales department are prime examples of professionalism and friendliness. They were very understanding that we are all human and stuff happens in life. I am not really one to go straight to the dealership for maintenance repairs but Rob C. (Service Advisor) and Scott S. (Technician) in service helped me out, when I had my 2020 Jeep Compass and needed some repairs. Other dealerships like (Lucas on Route 38) just wanted money from me without trying to figure out the actual problem, Rob C. and Scott S. worked with me to try and figure out the root cause while trying to save my wallet. In all the Compass was a loss for us and the dealership offered to purchase the vehicle from us, to be used as a trade in. David P. from sales and the rest of the sales team helped get me into a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was reasonable on my wallet. We worked through some hiccups on my end, but we got through them no problem with their help. David P. was very professional and help my wife and I with everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend everyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram to come and take a look at what they have to offer. they will try to get you the best deal for the vehicle or you and always help with whatever vehicle troubles you might have. I will be going back there from now on. I have been recommending my coworkers to go here anytime they or I need something on current vehicles or future vehicles.

I always felt like going to a dealer made me anxious and nervous. Fret not , you will feel no pressure here. John t helped me pick a vehicle in a couple of minutes . I told him what I could afford and he steered me in the right direction. No hidden fees no B.S. Before you go make sure to ask for John T.I had an extremely easy & great experience, no nonsense like other places. John was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. As a business owner time is extremely valuable to me like others. John was able to get me the van and in the color I wanted with in 24HRSI did the application online and by the time I got there the van was gassed up, clean and ready to go !!I highly recommend this dealership I’ll be back for my next one for sure ??
