First, the customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff! I have completed returns here several times for UPS and Fedex and it's really easy and convenient. I've also had mailers printed for my small business and the quality was outstanding.

BE AWARE. OWNER Minaxi WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER SHIPPING ERROR. She made me pay $36 custom fee for credit card shipped to Italy because she placed $1 value on the shipment which cost me $36.39 in custom fee. She was aware it was a credit card. She admitted that her program does not allow a $0 value so she placed a $1 value without telling me it would result in a customs fee. So a flaw in her program cost me $36 which she refused to pay. UPS was going to charge me over $130 to ship it back so i was forced to give Minaxi my credt card payment on the phone before she authorized UPS to charge her store and redeliver it. Bad business! Postnet should not make customer pay for their error! I will be filing a complaint for consumer fraud with the NJ Attorney General and a complaint with Better Business Bureau. What she did was wrong and I depended on her knowledge as an experienced shipper. Be aware...her mistakes will cost you!

I was promised a claim for a refund from UPS was submitted on my behalf on August 3rd. Today is August 16th and I have been lied to several times. The refund was never submitted because “UPS hasn’t answered their phone” and “UPS hasn’t gotten back” to them. In the meantime I had already submitted a claim for a refund and was given a claim number. Do yourself a favor and ship directly from UPS.

Everytime I go they end up being closed. Check the hours on google oh it says 5:30? Nope they close at 5. Oh I will just go early then, again locked maybe lunch break? Either way I have gone THREE times while their google hours says they are open and they haven't been yet.

Owner is very rude. I had questions about my account and she talked to me as if I didn’t have the mental capacity to understand her. She hung up the phone on me because she had a customer EVEN THOUGH IM ALSO A CUSTOMER and refused to give me her name she replied “I don’t have a name” I’m cancelling my account and finding somewhere else to do business they only care about money anyways!

Very disappointed in their unfulfilled promises. I dropped off an envelope to be mailed to Newark, DE on a Tuesday, early afternoon. I paid $15 to have it sent USPS priority because time was of the essence and I wanted to be able to track it. They assured me it would go out that day and it would be delivered Thursday (Friday at the very latest). It didn’t go out that day … nor did it go out on Wednesday … it didn’t even make it to the Trenton post office until Thursday. I won’t be going back there.
