“Despite the fact you can never speak to a live person if you have a problem The five stars are because my mother went there, she usually has trouble with people getting blood out of her vein. She said the person who took care of her was wonderful.”
“As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”
“Quest Diagnostics located in Plainsboro, NJ is an efficiently run lab. The experienced staff has this lab running on time with minimal wait times.
The techs are experienced making giving blood less stressful.”
“This is the most busiest Labcorp in Princeton/Trenton area. Still I could complete my blood work today in 15 to 20 min (Door in/out). Special thanks to Rivede Charles who helped with a smiling face and ensured things happen faster.”
“Without an appointment, I was admitted in under 13 minutes, despite about 10 people in the waiting room. The staff was polite and efficient, and the facility was well-maintained.”
“Go with an appointment and you will be seen without delay. The nurse who drew blood (I wish I could have gotten her name) was quick and efficient. I went twice and had good experience.”
“I've had multiple surgeries on my leg and was on Cumidin for months and needed blood work for months. Alan was the greatest, quick, efficient..highly recommend.”
“I will forever recommend this place. The workers were so nice. I had such a great experience. There was an issue with my QR code for my employment drug test but they were so understanding and helped me through the issue. They took me early to my appointment and they were so efficient”
“A pretty smooth experience! I visited Labcorp for routine bloodwork at 8 AM on a Friday. There was around 10 people in the waiting room when I entered, but I got called before half of them because I’d made an appointment. The order of patients and their appointment or walk-in status is listed on a TV in the waiting room. Seating is scarce, so you may want to wait in your car with the express check-in option. They sent me a text message when my name was called.Honestly, I could have been in-and-out within 30 minutes if I hadn’t taken so long to give the urine sample. Don’t forget about this part like I did and empty your bladder right before your visit…The actual blood drawing was super quick. Around 2 minutes. No issues here. Proceeded out the door and on with my day.”
“I know for Myself everytime I go to this location for blood work the staff have treated me with respect and deserves a pay raise for having to deal with so many people with different attitudes and different personalities thanks for always being kind to me !!”
“Great place for pediatric draws. Susan is amazing and extremely experienced - we were in and out with my 2 year old in minutes. Minimal crying and she got it very easily on the first stick. I've been elsewhere, and none of the staff could do it. Thank you Susan!!!”
“Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”
“I like going there, all the staff is very friendly and sweet, The lab techs are always friendly., they are a great team, they helped me a lot with my appointment, I really appreciate it.”
