Mitchell is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He came to our house to make sure we had the right size stove for our home. When we called him with questions and issues we had he quickly responded to offer help. Great customer service.

Mitchell walked me through some ideas on how to fix my gas fireplace. I was never a customer and called looking for possible repair, but Michell still took the time to help me out and walk me through some options. Very helpful, and has my business in future.
