They will literally answer the phone and immediately hang up on you. In person they’re very helpful but turn real fake when you leave and ask for any other help.Don’t go here, the people here suck. There was one younger kid at the front desk who helped who was genuinely nice.

I have been a loyal chase customer for over 30 years. I have never had an issue with a customer rep online or in person until today with Lance at the Robbinsville location. I was asked to wait for him to help me and upon entering the room he already let it be know he had a 12:30 apmt so basically his time was limited in helping me. Which is exactly the treatment I receive from him. If he had even offered for me to wait until he was done or schedule an appoint that would have been the best way to handle it but instead I got this nonchalant, not really interested in helping me out or offering to help. Instead it was test book responses. "Get documents, get a lawyer, travel to Colorado to open an account" I have no problem in following rules and regulations but I would have appreciated him taken some care and understanding in explaining to me exactly what I should do.I did express to him when leaving his office exactly how I felt. Instead of offering understand he was defensive and accuse me of not wanting to follow regulations. My company General Manager has also had unpleasant interactions with him. Lance is defiantly not the right representation for Chase.....

I want to warn everyone, DO NOT go to this bank unless you are doing simple deposits. Otherwise, they are horrible! We used to go to Chase on rt.33 for any banking we had and we never had any problems or concerns. But, of coarse, they had to close, so we went to Robbinsville. Never again!! My husband and I went there because he wanted to cash 2 bonds that he had since 1984. We went to the bank teller and we explained that we wanted to cash them. Being that she started telling us what to fill out, we thought she knew what she was doing, well we were wrong. On the front of the bond was his relative's address and social security number, because they purchased the bonds for my husband. We thought this was gonna be a problem being they are deceased. Then the teller told my husband to put his information on the back of the bond, so we did this. After we did all this she went to put the bond through the computer and she starts saying that she could not accept the bond because the number on the bond was not reading on the computer. We have no clue why because the bonds were in perfect condition. They were crisp, easy to read and there should have been no problem. The teller tells us now we have to mail the bonds to this website online to cash them. So, instead of walking out with cash, we walk out with nothing. Also, we have to send the bonds certified mail and they might take at least 2 weeks to get cashed. The next day my mother in law went to another Chase Bank on 130, this guy knows what he's doing. But he told us that we should NOT have written anything on the back, this is why the bond was a problem. The teller at Robbinsville should be demoted cause she has no clue what she's doing!

This location is the best. The team is so helpful. They are always happy to provide us with any assistance we may need. Amanda is awesome. I will never go back to my old preferred Chase location on route 33.
