You won’t be able to identify me by my Google name since that is a moniker I use for such purposes. And I had already contacted “the office” and spoke to Lisa who acted as though she could give a rats behind about my concerns. My move was several months ago in fact and I still get pissd when I think about 1) overcharging and 2) the two men not outing heavy items back where they belonged thus resulting in me having to pay someone else to move said items in their proper places. My regret is not noticing until the next day (we were EXHAUSTED) and giving the moving men a very generous tip BEFORE I realized what they didn’t do.

I had a pretty terrible time with this group last summer. They were much slower than I expected, never moving some of the larger items even though we had discussed them in advance. They broke several of my belongings (including breaking a bookshelf in half) and took down information at the end about what was broken and I signed for it. A few months later after receiving no reimbursement & contacted them to ask about it and the person in the office said she had no idea what I was talking about. My employer paid for the move and paid for only very basic insurance, so I have a feeling they might have done a better job if they had been answerable to me instead of my employer. Still, I certainly wouldn’t hire them myself.

We had a fantastic experience at every step with Bohren’s in Robbinsville. Mike S gave us a thoughtful estimate and great advice that helped us prepare well. He checked up the morning of move and at the end of the day. The crew - Mike, John, Sly, Chris and Michael - were wonderful! They were thoughtful, quick, very careful and very kind. Everything arrived just as it was when it left and they did a fantastic job getting everything where we needed it. Maria the account manager was great with advice and making sure we had everything in order for a great moving day. Our actual cost turned out to be pleasantly lower than expected, and that’s because we got such good advice at the estimate and had such a wonderful crew for the move.
We had been in our home for 26 years and moving was an emotion-filled process for us. Bobren’s made that much easier and better than we expected and we can’t thank them all enough for being so good at their jobs and so incredibly easy and kind to work with.
I’m so glad we event with Bohren’s and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Not many things more stressful than moving whether it's your home or office, Bohrens has been at it for decades made it easy. Great people great job.

Had a wonderful experience with Bohrens moving to our new apartment. Lisa was extremely helpful and attentive during set up of our move.
Mike and Chris were very friendly and highly efficient. They made the move feel effortless for us during our busy day. Bohrens will be the first place I consider for future moves!

I had to move twice within a two month period, and Bohrens made this process way smoother and way less stressful than it could have been! Initially I was going to need them to store my things for a month while waiting on closing... but then changed the plan just a few days prior to the move and they were amenable and made it happen. They packed everything very efficiently, and the movers were awesome. It was hot both days and they were like machines! No complaints, and will definitely use again in the future!

We set up an estimate with Michael Kelly. He was a great sales person and gave us quite a bit of information. We requested that our move be August 9, 2022 with August 10 as a back up date. He chose August 9 and gave us an estimate. It was higher than others but we liked him so we accepted the August 10 date. Later we called Carol Huff in the main office to have that estimate put into writing. They thought they sent it but made a mistake and then sent it to us. 5 days before the move they called us to explain that they had to check with their operations department to confirm the time. This was Friday afternoon. On Monday we received an email confirmation with all of our correct information but without a time. Each time I tried to reach them, I was told several different stories: They said they tried to call several times but there was something wrong with their phone lines. Then there was something wrong with their computer system. They were unable to reach their operations team. The operations team had an emergency and was too busy. I had flexibility with my time for the move out time on August 10 and since the date was confirmed, I was not worried. The morning before the move, I received an email saying their operations team determined that they were not available for our date and we had to scramble and find other movers.
