“Wells Fargo has adapted very good during this unfortunate pandemic. I was able to open an account on my phone in the parking lot, then go through the drive thru to deposit money into the account I just opened. Time is the one thing I do not have enough of. This was very important to me to easily open an account with no hassle and accurately, quickly and a staff that was knowledgable and friendly. This was refreshing.”

“Kevin, one of the managers, was so gracious and kind. I called the branch having been given the run around by several other TD employees in another location. Kevin was calm and collected and allowed me to vent to him even though I wasn't supposed to. I was angry and yelling and ready to close my account but he remained calm and assured me that he was going to own my problem and take care of it completely. He delivered within minutes! You need more like Kevin because some of your other employees out there are just clueless! Thank you.”
