“I can't believe how many years I suffered through the experience of using one of the big chains before I switched to Fishtown Pharmacy. They are incredible! Prescriptions are ready extremely quickly and everyone who works there is so friendly. I had to have some medications special-ordered and they came in first thing the next morning. I needed one of them fairly urgently, and the pharmacist called me the second the delivery came in - my prescription was ready for pick-up pretty much before we even left the house. Meanwhile, the big chain I used to use always took multiple days to get special orders in. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about medication. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!”

“I imagine this is what pharmacies were like years ago - personal service, good advice, a pharmacist that knows your name and knows his stuff. This little gem is not taken for granted. It's a special little pharmacy that provides excellent care and advice. when I'm sick, I am comforted knowing I can go in and get a good recommendation on something OTC. I also enjoy being able to purchase necessities like razors, shampoo, conditioner, and of course, goldenberg peanut chews. I noticed a 1 star review from Derek Farr. Derek must not understand he needs to speak with his doctor regarding whether he gets generic or name brand, it's not the pharmacy's fault. Such is life with people who do not understand their own role in their care and take it out on a small biz. Needless to say, this pharmacy has all 5 star reviews for good reason. I've been coming here since 2016 and hope they're here for many years to come.”

“I didn’t realize they were any good, neighborhood pharmacies like this one left! Not only do I never have any issues when I bring prescriptions in, but, they also keep in touch with me when any of my prescriptions are due and they are readily available to deliver them! Since I have primary progressive Multiple Sclerosis, this is a huge help! I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially those of us who are disabled and have a hard time getting around! There's such a friendly homelike feeling here. The only way I would ever leave is if I moved out of state! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY Recommend!! (And frequently do!)”

“This is the best Pharmacy that I've found in the city. The hours aren't always convenient but i will deal with that any say over waiting hours for fills or days for digital scripts. Or a pharmacy that seems to never have stock. This location (Target in CVS on bustleton ) is the best. The staff are great and they give such personal service.”

“Can't say enough wonderful things about Adams! This little pharmacy in Keswick Village is an absolute godsend. We have a lot of pets, and online pet pharmacies or big chain pet stores cost a fortune, make you wait (um, if you need meds, you obviously need them quickly...), shipping fees, etc. Adams has a wonderful working relationship with area vets (we use Hamilton in Roslyn) and our vet calls everything in to Adams, and Adams calls us when it's ready. We have complicated meds for our crew of cats and unfortunately need a lot of compound meds that are transdermal (inside the cat ear) because the cats can't/won't take pills. And torturing a sick cat trying to force a pill, no need for that. Adams has helped us out so much by being able to make our cats' meds transdermal so our cats get the meds they need quickly so you can help your pet. My cat is in the hospice stage of his cancer and I can't torture him with pills and needles. Adams being able to make the med transdermal last minute is keeping my cat comfortable in his last days. Their pharmacy also has cute cat and dog treats, pill pockets, etc. And obviously they handle human meds too, so it's one stop meds for you and your pet! If you are looking for a locally owned small personalized friendly helpful business for your prescription needs, Adams is your go to place! And they also deliver! A++++”

“Backstory seems necessary here- getting covid during twin pregnancy absolutely did SOMETHING to my body and I was functioning on Empty. Took me 2 years to find a doctor who would listen and another 6 mos to find a pharmacy where the staff didn't make me feel completely terrible about myself for my healthcare needs every time I called or came in. I'm so glad I found this place. Every staff member is friendly and greets me kindly. No hour + hold time when calling them directly. They actually answer QUICKLY. Prescriptions are filled on time without any games. Main pharmacist is also friendly & personable.... a big comeup from the arrogant few I came across in my experience with cvs . I'm actually not even sure why anyone would go to a big chain pharmacy when there are places like this out there. If you're thinking of making the switch, I'd definitely say do it!”

“I'm aware of the issue others have have with this pharmacy, but credit where credit is due!Stopped in for my scheduled vaccination on Sunday. I was early so I did have to wait awhile. While waiting I witnessed a pharmacy that was super busy with customers but clearly understaffed. The pharmacist handled everything that she could with a calm and friendly demeanor. She was nice enough to also vaccinate my husband (unscheduled). I think CVS as a company deserves the blame for the poor service many customers get. You need good management and employee hiring/retention incentives in order to get consistently good customer service.”
