Went in to pick up my prescription and they confused it for another prescription of mine. The drive thru pharmacist did not tell me what I was getting just a price. I go home to find it's the one I don't need. I call them and let them know I'm coming back but my phone died. Once there, they tell me I cannot get a refund and the pharmacist manager LIES to me saying that I requested the prescription. Which I never said that particular medication and I never requested it. The prescription manager maintained his point of view and I'm left eating the cost because of their mistake. This is not how you treat customers.

I stopped in to get my 2nd COVID-19 booster shot and my Flu shot, last week. I went directly to the pharmacy, as I had made an appointment online. It was a straightforward process. Both shots were free. You still need to produce your insurance card and ID first. There is no charge to you, but your insurance company foots the bill and handles the getting paid-reimbursement process. (Enough of that.) The young man in the pharmacy that handles administering the shots is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! He made the process move along even smoother than it already would have! Great job Tyler! I had to give him a shout out! It's also really nice that this is my neighborhood Walgreens. The entire pharmacy staff was welcoming and professional, at this location! If you plan on getting a COVID-19 booster or Flu shot here, you must make an appointment online through their app or their webpage and schedule a date and time slot. Walk-ins are not accepted. The whole process, start to finish took about 30 minutes.

Forget the drivethru at this place. People are slow, you'll wait forever. Not sure why. Best to pick up your rx inside. Unreal.

I would like to recognize the pharmacy at: 7001 US-130 S Delran, NJ 08075 United States These professionals (night shift on March 24, 2021 at 8:45 pm) have gone above and beyond to help me given that i was discharged a few minutes ago from surgery. Again- please give them a huge thanks in my behalf (their names are Bryanne and Nils). They have been most helpful and true professionals and deserve to be recognized . I truly appreciate their help
