Every time I’ve been here it’s been horrible to work with people. I had documents that needed to go out and it sat there for over a week. Today I met Jerrica ( spelling?). She was helpful and very nice. Friendly and efficient. I hope she is the start of a new trend for this office.

The people who work there have a very bad way of treating people, they should change staff and there are several times that they have not treated me well and they are very rude, I was going for a money order and he told me that because he does not want to give me a change of a 100 dollar bill he was not going to give me the money orderI recommend that you put personnel who really want to work

Absolutely horrible, from the receptionist to the delivery man and postmaster. No responsibility or accountability from them. Packages are not picked up on time or half the time they don't even show up. Take some pride in what you do people.

Whoever is delivering mail on Third street in Delanco today is terrible. Whenever that person is delivering mail he skips my home on purpose.

I don’t have an issue with my normal mailman. But whoever the back up one is insane. Last month he pulled up to my home on a Saturday and laid on the horn before even getting out of the vehicle. My front door is open however my storm door is locked. I was nine months pregnant and this man was yelling about my dog saying my door has to be shut. He was yelling at me so I had to call the Delanco police department. He keeps writing on my mail “dog at the door!” He didn’t even bother to come up to my house yesterday and today I get this package. Funny… My husband took our dog to the vet at that time yesterday but he was at the door?! And I watched him pull up yesterday while feeding my new born and watched him not even walk up to my house. Now you’re lying and refusing to deliver my mail.Also! My storm door is always locked and my dog cannot get out. Please don’t ever tell me again to keep my door shut. You don’t pay my bills or my mortgage don’t tell me how to live in my house.

Love my regular carrier, the office is a total joke though. Backup carrier wont deliver with door open because of my non-existent dog, office wont release packages that are onsite but not delivered because and I quote, "there are packages and we'd have to look at the tracking numbers to find it and we don't do that, you have to wait till the carriers sort them". I support public service people but these people seriously make me wonder why sometimes.

Everybody take the time to give negative reviews but anything positive they won’t take the time , this location are hard-working people. It was a busy day at the post office a supervisor came out and helped me. Thank you guys you guys are doing a great job.

The Riverside Post Office needs major consideration. Please note: this is not the first time this has happened. I arrived there today @ 9:22 AM, the opening time is 9 AM, and the door was locked. The door to the PO boxes was open but the door to the cashier was closed. I was the first one there but a second customer came in minutes after me. I banged on the door to the cashier and to the back area and there was chatter that they heard me but no one came to assist. Multiple customers started filing in and again no assistance was provided. Finally after continuous banging a gentleman came out from the back and was clearly irritated that were banging on the door. He was short and rude and offered no help, instead slammed the door in our face. I finally left @ 9:32 AM without ANY ASSISTANCE. This is completely unacceptable and I will never again visit the Riverside Post Office. I will go out of my way to go to a further location. My 4 year old daughter could run that place better.

Had a very important box going out and they said I could used one of the Priority mail boxes then 2 days later I find the box at my doorstep. Now I might get fired.THANK YOU USPS we love you!

the mailman has not even been down my street for 6 days . i have had the little flag up on my mailbox for that long and i have security cameras . one of the mailmen screamed at and threatened my wife when she said hi and good morning to him , i have that on camera too . they open the circulars and jam letters into them , we have had christmas cards stolen and later they tried to cash said checks . i lost my homeowners insurance briefly because the mail lady at the time said "i didnt think anyone lived there" and kept walking , i said "the 2 cars and the christmas tree in the window werent a giveaway to you?". on and on . the riverside nj post office though i am technically in delran .

Kathy at the Riverside, NJ post office was very patient and helpful. I called the post office because we were notified of an impending delivery and then notified that the delivery was made. I was sure that we didn't get the items. I was wrong. She found out what the items were ( advertisement brochures) which we did receive and not the keepsake magazines that I thought they could have been. Kudos to Kathy!

This is a zero star review. Complete waste of taxpayer's money. Worst service you'll ever experience. The two women act like you shouldn't even be bothering them and should be kissing their feet instead. They have no idea what they're doing and make you jump through hoops to get your own package that they couldn't figure out how to deliver. If they're asking you how to do their job, that's a clear indicator of incompetence. Take your business elsewhere as you'll have a much better experience.
