Bad experience, there is an Indian who currently works there 07/26/2024 who is harming the company, I bought a cell phone in another store and went to the line, he asked how much I had paid, I said the amount, he said give it back Here you can get it for free, I returned it when I arrived and he did the procedures and told me the amount I would have to pay, which was 100 dollars more expensive than the other one I had returned. When I pay my phone bill he doesn't hesitate to provide the note either

I was in the 1 Scott Street store and Sham the person in the store was so kind and patient. Very knowledgeable and Helpful with all my needs. Never once did he give the wrong information or try to sell me something I did not want. Thanks for all your help Sham

It is incredible that since 5:30 pm today, January 25, I have tried to change to this operator and it is 8:00 pm after 2:30 pm, they cannot make the change, on top of that they do not want to refund me that they charged me before After giving me the service an invoice where I was being charged for the screen protector and the cover where supposedly they were free, in the end they sent me an invoice through AirDrop, and the refund was made in two different invoices, obviously the amount was not returned to me complete, I lost 2 and a half hours of my time and money, to top it off they tell me that there is no claim form ??♀️ah ... I forgot the man told me that it would cost me $103 and when he charged me it turns out to be $172.60 they rob you in the face what a shame

Called for directions and it was like it was a bother to answer the phone.Finally got there and tried to talk to the girl about phoned and she was ignorant,leaning on the counter half asleep,I'd bet she was on something.she didn't care or want to discuss anything,I walked out and another guy walked out to.this was Sunday Aig4 around 3 pm.Had she made an effort she would of sold $500 dollars worth of phones for my business.Someone in my business acts like her,I show them the door.
