Deserve 0 stars ..sign on buliding says walk in care ..So I go in and wait online just to be told we don't do walk in customer ..Then why do you have it on your sign ..That false advertising!!!

Valley medical is excellent I had a 4::30 appointment which was on time the nurse an front desk were great an dr Howe as always was marvelous!!

Let me preface this by saying that I have gone to this location for years since my wife and I moved to Bloomingdale. Unfortunately, this was the first time I ever had to walk out before even being checked in. I was rear ended on October 24th by a Dump Truck, so I just wanted to be seen as a check to make sure I am okay. Unfortunately the woman working behind the counter was extremely dismissive and made me feel like I was the bad guy for even coming in! So, I told my wife that we should just go and find another location.

I‘ve be a patient of Dr. Romain and Valley Health Care in Riverdale for approximately 16 years. Dr. Romain and the entire VMG staff have always been very considerate and professional. I was there for an office visit today. Everyone was polite, respectful and very efficient!! Again, they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!

Had wonderful experience. Did virtual visit with Dr Visconti, who was patient and thorough, and advised me to come in and get a swab based on my symptoms. They came out to swab quickly and got back to me within the hour. The nurse, Ashley, was so sweet and spent time speaking with me about my daughter. The doc also called back to discuss next steps. Overall, just a great experience. Highly recommend.

Dr Visconti is my PC physician and he is just wonderful. However the front desk staff is so rude. They are horrible. They made me cry. They told me I had to call the insurance company and get clearance which is THERE JOB then got annoyed when I told them that. The guy at the front desk was rude and lazy. Made me call valley hospital to get forms that btw IS HIS JOB (not mine) Called me names and acted like its not thr job. It was so frustrating i was super upset crying. Now I knw why ppl talk bad abt riverdale. Thr horrible. Its whr tired nurses and old drs go to die lol no joke. Its the worst place everrr. DO NOT GO HERE...try wayne thr nice and much btr thr. Wow. What a mess!!! Omg. That man at the front and those nurses SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS FIELD. Thr patient relations is non existant. Wow. Horrible Valley. By far the worst. Negative stars. I will be changing my primary care dr asap bc of this. Horrible.

Wednesday 12/21/22 I had an ear ache so I went to Valley Medical to get checked. I had to wait because I was a walk in but was told to wait outside. I didn’t mind but I was called to come in and saw Dr Romain. I saw her a while ago for something else. She check me and prescribed cough medicine. I asked her will this help my ears, she said it will help. By Thursday my ears got worse so I called to see if the dr can prescribe an antibiotic but she wasn’t in. I called first thing Friday morning and she never got back to me. I called a second time in the afternoon but still No return call. That was it my patience had just got to a breaking point. I went online and called CtiMed. They only take walk ins so went over right away I was just the only one there and the dr was very nice. My ear was so infected that he said my ear was bulged inside and throat was very red. He prescribed an antibiotic. Now I’m home and resting. I called Valley and told the guy who answered that I don’t need Dr Romain to call me back and don’t need an antibiotic because I went somewhere else and I will not be back to their establishment.

Black haired male receptionist forced me out the door because I was sick. He told me he scheduled a virtual visit but asked for bone of my info required to actually get the appointment. I will never use this place again.

This place is an absolute disgrace! They interrogate you 10 times before they even let you in the office. When you get in the office they act like they have no idea why you are there. The Spanish girl with the fake lashes is rude!!! She had the nerve to tell me to lose my attitude after she gave me one. Very unprofessional!

Horrendous. I sent them paperwork to fill out after I had made an appointment to review my problem and because they're all lazy here they never filled out my paperwork because I needed to make "another appointment" to review the paperwork. Dr Romain is either lazy, greedy, or just pure incompetent. Go to a real Dr. office and avoid this place

Took an hour and a half for a doctor to see me with only 2 other patients in front of me. Receptionist never acknowledged me after waiting for half an hour, then she gave me the wrong name and a receipt for someone else. Very confused.

I was a patient today and I can honestly say the service was excellent. I was a walk in had difficulty breathing and they couldn't be more accommodating. The staff was considerate. The doctors were professional and made sure I understood my condition and the resolution it required. Thank You!
