This was a colossal waste of time, except for the lesson learned: READ THE FINE PRINT.
I experienced a typical bait-and-switch at this dealership. After spending a couple of hours negotiating and getting ready to walk away, the salesperson, Jacob, told us the manager had dropped the price by $2,500. However, when we finally saw the numbers, they had actually added $2,500 worth of accessories we never asked for, like “Permaplate” and “Recovr.” They removed those, but the numbers still didn’t add up because they sneakily added the cost of certification.
When we questioned them, they claimed we were saving money because the monthly payments were lower than their original offer—only to find out this was due to a lower interest rate I got because of my good credit, not the price drop they promised. They literally talked circles around me and my daughter, wasting hours of our time.

I regret to report that our recent experience at Kia of Riverdale fell short of expectations. We had specifically contacted the dealership in advance to arrange a viewing of a particular used vehicle, as we had traveled a considerable distance to visit multiple dealerships that day.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the keys to the vehicle we had come to see could not be located. Instead of addressing this issue, the representative attempted to redirect our interest to a new, more expensive model that was beyond our stated budget.
Given the time and effort invested in making this special trip, the outcome was particularly disappointing.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT KIA OF RIVERDALE! We were lucky enough to have Frank Perez as our salesman. I cannot say enough good things about Frank - he made the process of purchasing our car quick, easy and seamless. Came in to look at an Audi S5 which unfortunately had some issues with the brakes while we test drove. Managed to find me a stinger that was almost identical in every way but was just not an Audi, which I didn’t mind. Didn’t pressure me and got me to a price I was comfortable with. Was a pleasure doing business here and would again.

During a major warranty repair, the Service Dept. coincidentally "found" $1,600 worth of additional repairs that they wanted authorized right away. "Well you just got an $8,000 engine for free so you're ahead of the game." Thankfully I have a trusted mechanic who laughed at their claims. All BS. Oh, and thanks for the large ding in my quarter panel. Shame on you!
