Dawn was wonderful! My boyfriend went here after finding her online and bought me a beautiful bracelet for Valentine’s Day. The bracelet was too big and I took it to Dawn to get resized. When I went there she suggested letting the bracelet hang instead of resizing it and put a beautiful pendant on the end to complete the design, free of charge! She was so sweet and I absolutely love the bracelet.

I dropped some jewelry off to be repaired and could not have asked for a better experience. Dawn and her staff were so warm and welcoming. They fixed my jewelry for an incredibly reasonable price and texted me to let me know it was done! I was running late picking it up and Dawn even waited for me after her store was closed. Her showroom and jewelry is stunning- I will be back soon!
