I regret not seeing the terrible reviews for this store before my purchase. Now i understand why the store should be closed. I bought a computer there and asked to transfer info from my old computer. That was 6 days ago and have not heard a thing from them. There is no way to communicate with them unless you want to talk to someone overseas who knows nothing about your transaction. They took my money quickly, then forgot all about me. Don't shop here !!!!!

My rating is for Adam A in Geek Squad. I went in feeling super over whelmed looking into chrome books and a couple of the previous employees were honestly not much help at all. When cashing out, I got a chance to speak with Adam and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time explaining everything I was confused about. People like him need to be recognized by the employer as they make the shopping experience way more enjoyable and less stressful! Thank you Adam !!

The "store manager" Jay enjoys refusing a customers sale and calling the police on them, the guy asked me if I was "good" confrontationally twice because I was looking in his direction before then calling the police on me when I responded saying I am looking for the guy who helped me earlier.

Been shopping here 15 years. Getting worse and worse. Lightning fried my 65" TV last night so went in to replace it with same or larger. Walked in and there were 2 guys who greeted me and said they would call someone to help me with tv purchase. Long story short, no one approached me. 4 different guys walked by totally ignoring me. I stopped one and told I was here to buy a TV. He said ok and walked away never to be seen again. I finally turned into s make Karen and asked for a manager. He too could care less. He said he heard the call go out. I asked if he could get me help. Ignored me and took a call. In total that was 25 minutes. I walked out. Will never go there again.

I recently visited the Best Buy located at Rt 22 in Union, NJ, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. The lack of assistance in this store was truly incredible, leaving customers waiting for extended periods of time just to find someone available to help.One of the major issues I encountered was the insufficient number of staff members working at the store. It's important to note that this is not entirely their fault, as staffing decisions are typically made by management. However, it was clear that there weren't enough employees present to adequately assist the customers.I personally had to wait for over 40 minutes before finding someone available to provide the assistance I needed. This wait time was not only frustrating but also highly inconvenient. It's understandable that a store can get busy, but the prolonged wait time indicated a significant staffing issue that needs to be addressed.The lack of available assistance significantly affected the overall shopping experience. Customers expect a certain level of service when they visit a store like Best Buy, especially when they require guidance or have specific questions about products. Unfortunately, the long wait times left many customers feeling frustrated and neglected.In conclusion, my visit to the Best Buy on Rt 22 in Union, NJ, left me feeling disappointed due to the lack of available assistance and the excessive wait times. While the employees who were present did their best to provide help once available, the staffing issue needs to be addressed to ensure a better customer experience. It is my hope that Best Buy management takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the staffing levels at this location.
