I can not say enough about the customer service and kindness everyone showed to us and our girls. We are in the process of moving overseas and they helped lessen the stress and get the job done without any stress. They are rockstars.

My Boy was treated as if he has been there before. It was his first visit. The entire staff is very friendly loves all the animals. All went well with the first visit I will definitely recommend Animal Care Center to all my family and friends they could bring their pets with confidence.

First visit was a success! My baby got her first free shots and exam shows that she’s doing well. Doctor explains any questions with full attention and answers to your needs! Great price for each visit. I definitely would recommend!

I've been using Animal Care Center for a couple of years. The vet and his staff are helpful and informative, and answered my few questions. Definitely going back if Krystal needs more care or follow up.

We have been coming here years with first our cats and now our dogs. They are wonderful. I do not ever feel pressured for any course of treatment. They have always presented the options for us and are very open with how necessary a procedure is, etc. We never feel rushed - all of our questions are answered. Most importantly, they are wonderful with our dogs! We have one dog that gets very anxious - they are very patient with him. My other dog loves to visit them! He gets so excited when we tell him he's going to the vet! The parking up top is a little tight especially if you drive a larger SUV but there is ample parking below now that makes it so much easier! I highly recommend them.

Just had our first visit at Animal Care Center of New Jersey. We have a 10 year old mutt dog who has extreme anxiety at the vet, and we were so impressed with everyone at this clinic. They took us right away and made us feel very comfortable! Also, they were very respectful with giving us the exact services we were looking for and not pushing any unnecessary services (which I’ve experienced at many other clinics before). Dr. Andalaft was kind and patient, even helping our dog on the floor because he could see his obvious anxiety. He explained treatment options for our dog’s arthritis and helped educate us on the condition, which we really appreciated.
Overall— friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I wish we had been coming here much sooner!

Friendly and professional staff, the veterinarian doctor was very kind to my dog and tooked the time to explain the care my dog needs. The vaccines are really free, is not some gimmick to get you in the building and then charge you an arm and a leg. The building is clean and well kept. I will bring my dog back anytime.

If the hospital or office has a policy or protocol, than the client should be aware that prior and have a formed signed or at least have some sort of acknowledgement of it which I didn’t. Just as when a person goes to see a doctor has to sign no show/late fee policies or a hippa form or an type of protocols or policy form or at least made aware of it.
Additionally, I was told I was going to get a phone call back and never did but no worries. At this point I don’t need a call back.
