Needed an oil change and Carlos took me in last minute without an appointment. 30 mins later I had my oil changed and a new mechanic given how easily he diagnosed an issue I had for months that not even the dealership caught on to after doing a whole diagnostic. “Between my brother, mother, and I (and my wife) we’ve been going to Letizia for over a decade. They’ve always been great and they show us what’s wrong. They’re not trying to be the fastest just to get rid of the car and move on to the next ticket. When I get my car out of the shop I know that it is safe and road worthy. Several times that it hasn’t been possible to go here and I get one of these shops that gets the job done “fast” and I have had to go to Letizia Brothers because the other shop missed something or did something wrong. In fact, every time but once that I went to another I shop I ended up having to take the car here because the other shop screwed something up. So this review is coming off of the experience of 5 people (in family) with at least 10 cars over the past decade.”
