Can you have the Dr sign that letter now the management company is giving me a hard time after accepting and agreeing in writing.Grace the manager is saying you are not qualified when everyone knows the NP sees you when a doctor can't or for any reason whoever is available.I would hate to sue the management company or Grace personally for agreeing in writing then changing her mind, as my medical condition is personal and I'm going through some things they are not aware of.They are causing me a tremendous amountof stress and anxiety over this and bullying me when I'm already going through so much. What kind of animal would do this to someone.I've asked for the head of the management company and have been refused the information.I was given the go ahead to vacate on November 6 in writing now they have changed it as to get another months rent.I even took the liberty of having the entire place painted white freshly so it was move-in ready for the next person.Again I'm being bullied by Grace for more money and its causing me so much stress and anxiety.

Elizabeth was excellent throughout our entire move in process! She was thoughtful and detailed. This was our first apartment and she answered every question we had. The property so far has been great. We look forward to future conversations with her and our future here.

The quality of care at Village on the green is amazing. Elizabeth was so helpful through the application process. She’s easy to talk to very personable and understanding. The first day that I moved in, I was missing a shower curtain rod, without hesitation, she was able to get one for me the maintenance staff was so helpful with hanging it up. They even hung up my personal curtain for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that they helped me. Great community! And a great staff !

Leasing Specialist, Elizabeth Acosta, made my move-in process to Village on the Green seamless! She helped with any questions or concerns I had along the way and made sure the entire process was as smooth as possible. Happy to move into an apartment community knowing that the leasing management cares about their residents as much as she does.

My apt unit had some issues that.needed to be fixed. Zamin came in and helped me out, he was kind and said he will come back and finish up. Thanks..

Our faucet has been leaking for a while and was not taken seriously until Robert from maintenance took a look and said it had to be replaced. He replaced it the same day and went above and beyond! He is very caring and loves what he does! Very thankful for him and his hard work!

I made a service request about a month ago about my ceiling leaking. Someone came, checked out the issue and came back. When they came back they spackled and sanded but they never checked where the leak was coming from. About a week or so ago i made another service request for the same issue. Someone came, checked it out and told me he would contact the person who originally fixed it. I havent seen or heard from anyone since.

We've had minor issues like changing an old ac, and changing the flush knob in our bathroom that Zamin was such a great help with. Quick, thorough and friendly. We're very happy and grateful to have him help when we need it.

An old kitchen faucet was recently replaced by Robert of the Service Team. Hats off to Robert for his persistence in removing the old faucet that was connected to the sink’s original plumbing. I can now use the kitchen faucet with ease, knowing that it was installed by an expert in his field.

From my initial tour of the property to receiving the keys to my new home, Elizabeth Acosta, was a wonderful advocate for Village on the Green. Throughout the entire process, she answered all my questions and addressed any of my concerns in a professional and caring manner. Her help was greatly appreciated. She is definitely an asset to the Westminster Mabagement Team.

I have been waiting for verticals for over a month.. my hot water in the shower is not controllable ( it gets scolding hot in the middle of shower). A/c in living room is so loud you can watch TV in the same room without annoying you neighbors. I guess you need to be a new renter to get anything done..

Recently moved on to Village on the green in River Vale, NJ and must say that it's a very nice and quiet community. Very small community yet there is a pool and tennis court. Shout-out to Talar at the leasing office for her patience answering our questions related to leasing and also staying late just before the long weekend to ensure we were able to move in right away coming out of state. Also, shout out to the very helpful maintenance crew and especially Zamin Khan for being very responsive and eager to help with any concerns. Really appreciate all the insights he gave about the area on Day 1
