“I needed a new headlight light bulb replaced for my car. I called a couple of garages in town; one place quoted me $290 with a description of the job I knew was not right and unnecessary. I was told to bring my car in next week. On the other hand, TJ’s Tire and Auto Service quoted me a much lower price but suggested to me to bring the car in to be sure of the quote. When I brought my car in right away, it was looked at quickly although they had other cars they have been working on. They listened to me and checked out things quickly and confirmed the same price as I was quoted earlier. The headlight light bulb was replaced and I was good to go in a few minutes.
It is really nice to know that there are places who do honest business and treat you politely even over small jobs.”

My tire blew out and they changed it for me as well as two other tires that needed to be changed quickly and explained the breakdown of the cost before any work was completed. I walked over half an hour before closing and they were more than willing to help me solve the problem so I could get home. “Came in with a slow tire leak. Ended up needing new tires and an alignment. They were happy to help and quickly went to work. As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. Will be back for any future work.”

So instead of firing off negative reviews and seeking “Justice” on that place, I am writing a positive experience about this place.
By telling me his honest assessment of what he has in stock, he basically lost a potential sale because it is not what I need. He could’ve lied, manipulated or even tried to bs me in a way to get a sale (like my previous experience)

I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point.
