“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

“I am very disappointed with this table. We just had it delivered in the wooden crate and. It weighs over 300 pounds. The delivery truck had no staff able to bring inside or even remove it from the wooden crate.I am now having to schedule a separate crew to saw it out of the wooden crate and bring it inside even though I already paid a delivery fee. There is anyone able to answer questions in customer service. The quality of the furniture is poor as well. I would never recommend anyone for ordering from here.”

I have been to 8 different furniture stores, including big name brands, and I have to say none of them stood out to me like Modani. My experience with Mateo Mislov has been excellent. He was extremely helpful, patient, and advised us on different styles my wife and I were looking for in our new home. When we hit a little road bump on the delivery, Mateo was prompt, professional, and went out of his way to met our needs. He is absolutely the kindest and most professional salesman we encountered in any furniture store. We bought the Thompson sofa and the Nava dining table here. They are both aesthetic and practical. The sofa has to be the softest and highest quality leather sofa I ever sat on. I highly encourage all buyers to give this store a try. You will not regret it!”
