Back to Health has been serving my elderly parents (PT and OT) over the last three years. During that time, I have found everyone at the company, from the receptionists and office personnel to all of the therapists to be consistently professional, personable, and responsive. Most recently, PT Becky was instrumental in guiding us toward getting additional medical attention for my mother, who was subsequently diagnosed with anemia and is now on a path to a more complete recovery. Becky was the caring health provider whose extra eyes and ears we needed at the time. Without hesitation, I would recommend BTH to anyone with aging parents in need of PT or OT services in the home.

My wife, Rosemarie Matera, was brought back to life in large part by the expertise of Back to Health. She started there with a walker, unable to get up from the exercise table or a chair. She is now walking with no device and entirely independent. Thank you!!

Back to Health is a wonderful place for both PT and OT. The auxiliary staff is very nice, polite and helpful. PT and OT are done on an individual basis and they only work with one individual at a time which is unusual but the best way for therapy to be done. Mitch(PT) is very nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable and provides exercises based on need. Jodi(OT) is funny and professional. She also is very knowledgeable and provides exercises based on need. Also, the attitude and goal of the client helps in deciding on the exercises to be done. I chose to be challenged and work hard and that’s what the the plan of care accomplished.I would highly recommend Back to Health as the place to be

I treated with Back to Health a few months ago and had the best experience. I'll start by saying how impressed I was with the staff. My initial phone call was just an inquiry and the Patient Coordinators that assisted me were very pleasant, very knowledgeable and so accommodating. As for my Therapist, hands down for sure. He listened to my concerns and explained my treatments. They are proactive and trustworthy. I would never go elsewhere. More Power to Back to Health!

I had a great experience at Back to Health! Helen, my physical therapist, was exceptional! She was so caring, easy to talk to, and very professional. She gave me "easy to do" exercises which helped alleviate my pain. The sessions were in a quiet, calm setting. The place was very clean and well maintained. Also, the office staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Back to Health Physical Therapy!

Back to Health Physical Therapy is by far the best there is. My91 year old mother has needed physical and occupational therapy after a hip replacement and a fall a year later. Jocelyn in the front office has been so accommodating making sure we get the best there is. The therapist are terrific. Ari, Nick, and Luis are dedicated and caring. They make her work while showing compassion. We highly recommend!

Used them twice. My father has dementia and had a stroke… It was explained to them upfront that he has these conditions the first time I used this company they sent a male occupational therapist he was good.. not great however this time around utilizing their service they sent a girl who said she was experienced with dementia… Needless to say she was not! and didn’t understand that he doesn’t really know when his situation gets frustrating… All I can say is she up and left …the agency said we’re not supplying you with anyone anymore… I would not use this company ever again they do not have experience with dementia and apparently don’t really care ..It’s all about the Benjamins.

My 86 yr. old father has Parkinson's Disease and was inactive for a while due to severe tendonitis in his hips. He regressed very quickly. I wanted to find a clinic that focused on PD as well as one that gave him one on one attention for the hour. Not one that gave him 10-15 minutes then "go ride a bike" which is the norm in many places. Mitch used established Parkinson's programs with him focusing on large movements and balance. He has unusual exercise equipment that are outstanding for balance and other issues affecting not just the elderly but everyone. The time, attention and issue specific exercises that were selected for and done with my father could not have been better. I am so grateful I was lucky enough to find Back to Health. Thanks, Mitch and everyone!

It was confusing and difficult to transition my dad from getting Medicare Part A PT to Medicare Part B, but Back to Health was very helpful and patient. The therapist has a great sense of humor, which helps inspire my dad to get back on his feet again.
