I took my first yoga class last night and it was awesome! The instructor was so nice, and helped me out because I have a shoulder injury, with limited capabilities. I was very pleased with the class!

Such a warm inviting space with great teachers who really care. Ok to at your own pace if you are a beginger or moving slow. No judgement. Bonus: the owner is so sweet and welcoming.

I took my first yoga class today and I definitely made the right decision by choosing Agahatha Yoga. The experience couldn't have been better. Very comfortable atmosphere and super friendly people. I highly recommend. Thanks Patrice!
