I bought a sympathy basket for my Aunt's funeral and what was delivered was horrible, tiny, carnations in an embarrassing little basket with a very sloppy written note. I was mortified during the ceremony and had to remove the note so no one knew who sent the terrible arrangement. 4/1/2013

received a condolence basket and opened the flat bread and it was stale. Smelled terrible. Then looked at expiration date and everything in the basket was old with expiration dates from 2 months to 8 months prior to when I received the package.
