David was amazing. I broke my phone case while on vacation. Looked at other places for a case no one had it. Even my own phone company was rude and disrespectful. I had my son with me asked him if they had the iPhone 13 Pro case. He looked it up and got me one. He saved my phone from anything happening to it

David = the man! I went in to find out why my phone was losing service. We troubleshooted and David got me a new SIM card which fixed the problem!! Then he mentioned I could get a much better plan for only $2 more a month. He showed me where i was getting an unnecessary charge and broke it down for me to understand fully how my bill would look after the upgrade. I cannot thank David enough, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and excellent overall customer service.
I hope Verizon acknowledges and compensates excellent employees. If Verizon continues to employ outstanding people they will have customers for life.

AJ was by far the best person i’ve ever come across going to Verizon. This is the first encounter with somebody so helpful, attentive, and kind. I am an older lady buying an iphone, I needed a lot of help with just about everything. AJ was insanely patient, and never made me feel judged for not knowing what seems to be basic knowledge. He is very honest, and upfront about what the next steps are, which is a something I admire. I give 5 stars to this store, and I highly suggest you request AJ with any needs you may have.

Walked in to the store with question about a hotspot while in the area camping. The gentlemen were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered the options available and 20 minutes and I walked out, as always, a happy Verizon customer. They made sure everything was connected and working properly before I left the store. It was a great pleasure and if I’m ever in need of any Verizon assistance, I will not hesitate visiting this store again. Overall the experience was a great one and all the staff was in such a great mood, despite the fact that they’re working on Memorial Day.

I recently experienced network issues, and David from Verizon in Rio Grande, came to the rescue. He resolved everything efficiently and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. David is truly a dedicated employee, and I can't praise him enough for his excellent service. Thanks to this outstanding support, I will definitely be returning to Verizon!

David was so helpful, I got water into my charging port and he dried it out. He showed great patience and even managed to help two of us at the same time. He was so cheerful and a real pleasure to work with.

It is amazing when I read the reviews regarding this store and the great experiences that all of the buyers had and how their vacations were saved! After you purchase from this store, and they set you up with their phones they wash their hands of you. I bought an iPhone 15 here in October and our family has a Family Plan with this store. My iPhone for business has been malfunctioning for 2 weeks. I took the phone back to the store where the customer service rep could not help me. He had me call 611. I was on with customer service twice and they explained that there was a problem with the phones and Apple has not addressed it yet but that I was not the only one. They agreed to send me a new iPhone 15. When I received the iPhone 15 it was not loading properly to send my information over to the new device. I took it back to the original store where I purchased it (Verizon in Rio Grande). I was told by the customer service attendant that he could not help me with the set up otherwise I would be charged a fee. There was nobody else in the store at the time for him to walk me through a few steps. This store will be happy to sell you equipment, but they don't back up any of the products that they sell.

Overall experience/prices are good. When I got my phone (in-store) i was given the best deals and had answers to every question I had. Online chat is a different story though. My significant other and I had to talk to a total of 5 different people to get an answer on how one of the promotions worked. We signed up for the home internet Xbox series X deal (where you get a Xbox and a $200 giftcard) and when we asked how to claim it we were told...Person #1.You will get an email as soon as you set up your internet. We set up the internet and don't get an email.Person #2.P#2. I don't see a promotion for an Xbox. You must've sign up for the echo show 10 deal. Me: No we didn't sign up for that. Then tried to argue that we did. Switched to the next person.Person#3.P#3. You only get the Xbox OR a $200 gift card. Me: No, sir, you get both when you switch. P#3 I'm not seeing it, where did you find it? Can you show me where the deal is?Anyway, it was more of the same with the next two. I went in the store for a new phone and decided to ask someone there. " After you set up your internet you call the customer service line and let them know that your internet is set up and you are ready to receive your Xbox. It should take some time to get to the house though"I don't see why someone who deals with phones 95% of the time would know exact what to do and 5 different people that deal with customer complaints about deals wouldn't but here we are.
