Walked into the store today and three employees were sitting around in an empty store, talking about video games like Overwatch. We had to return a router that was sent to the house by Verizon because the router we had stopped working. Verizon originally had us come to this location to get a new router…the store refused to provide it to us. When we returned the router today. The team member helping us was unable to assist without an order number. He said he could look up the order number with a phone number…but then said he had to have the order number. As tech savvy as these folks should be, they aren’t. Don’t bother coming here. Each time it’s one issue after the next. You’re better off spending $100 round trip and going to lewes for help.

Went inside and saw there was a line, which i was fine with waiting however neither of the individuals working the store acknowledged me at all, only made eye contact then looked away. Stood there for 20 minutes with no response from anyone, once the one customer was finished and left i walked up to talk to one of the workers only for another customer to walk in and cut in front of me, which the worker allowed and began working with him instead despite me waiting. I was trying to switch my provider from xfinity to verizon but now am double thinking my switch, very disappointed in the customer service,
