A few things this supermarket could do better:
1. Bring back hand baskets. I rarely use carts and oversized carts encourages people to fill them up with items they don't need.
2. Stock authentic Mexican products. There's a significant Mexican population in the area and the only tortillas I could find were from national conglomerates (Mission)
3. Expand selection of organic vegetables and herbs

My recent experience at the local pharmacy was unfortunately marred by poor customer service from pharmacy technician Karen and pharmacist Lisa. Upon entering the pharmacy, I was met with a dismissive attitude from Karen, who appeared uninterested in assisting me and was rather rude in her demeanor. Her lack of professionalism was evident throughout the interaction, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
Furthermore, when I attempted to seek assistance from pharmacist Lisa, I was met with similar indifference. Lisa's approach to customer service was underwhelming, as she seemed more preoccupied with other tasks than addressing my concerns. Her demeanor did not inspire confidence or trust, and I left the pharmacy feeling dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
Overall, my experience with both Karen and Lisa at the local pharmacy was disappointing. Customer service plays a crucial role in any service-oriented industry, and their behavior fell short of expectations. I hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that all customers receive the respectful and attentive service they deserve.

This rating is strictly in regards to their bakery. The only reason it’s not a 1 star is because the donut was edible…
It’s like the crème filling is worth its weight in gold & they’re just not going to fill it. They might as well not even fill it. $1.29 for this sad sack, save your appetite & head over to Dunkin’.

A worker named Celeste, as well as a young male worker, went out of their way to help me today when a handle from my grocery bag got tangled in a shopping cart wheel. Celeste got scissors & insisted on taking care of it for me. Great attitudes & great customer service! Thank you!

Even with the store rearranged we were able to find and get everything we were looking for easily. The prices were okay for the most part. The staff was very friendly.

I am a regular customer here. Last evening around 5:40 PM I put my shopping cart near the main door and went to car for just a minute, My cart in which a had couple of shopping bags was missing right in front of the surveillance camera. I tried to ask Customer care people inside ,they gave me different reasons for not checking the cameras one employee said it was not his job then a senior lady said she will call the manager, manager said it was job of security people and they don't have security available.
My bags were empty so no problem but if there were some valuables,I left the store without buying anything.Now I will put this story on social media.
If they will work like this ,Then customer's property is not safe by any means because They don't have security cameras.

I've been going to this shoprite for over 2 decades and know where to get things I need. Their smart water has always been sold in packs or individually. Today, grabbed a 12 pack of smart water and grabbed the scanner. It wouldn't let me scan and ask the register personnel if there's an error. I was informed that each bottle had to be individually scanned. This annoyed me for 3 reasons...now I have to take more of my time to ring each bottle, the bottles aren't secured so they wouldn't be easily carried and the LAZINESS/GREED to put the unpacking on customers to do the work. I have a photo of this shoprite selling smartwater in packs with prices so it's confusing and infuriating.

I used to love this store. Fresh produce, fresh meat. They clearly got lazy in the hiring department and will just bring in anyone.So I tried to check out with a cashier, light was on, I start unloading and she says umm I'm closed and going on break. So I turn around and walk back only 3 other cashier's available with long lines. I make my way to self check out. It all started when I tried to weigh my bags and the girl said I needed to scan, pay and then bag because she normally does not work this section. Inconvenience but ok fine. So I'm trying to scan everything the machine keeps messing up. She was helpful and trying to fix the issues. Butttt when I had a stack of produce and planned to do it separately so I was abiding by the 20 item rule, I was accused of stealing. Why would I steal a pile of produce? I laughed it off and told her that was really rude.I begin my next transaction and the machine was broken. So I back up to use a different one, even told them the machine wasn't working and I heard another lady say this one is always a problem. Then proceeds to point at some sign which at this point was irrelevant bc I was already half way thru my 2nd order and this lady was running her mouth and being so disrespectful I asked her 3x to stop and she kept going so I told her to shut up and get me a manager. A manager never came even after I waited. This store has fallen in the cracks and brings anyone in to "work". I've never dealt with anything like that before. Clearly the manager doesn't care even when requested. So the young girl who tried thank you, to the Karen who was belittling me and being disrespectful instead of helpful. I hope you get fired.
