Horrible. I "lost" many items on all the occasion's the manager would cut off my lock because my monthly rent was a day late. The fees she acquired for new locks must have been like a lottery.
But most of all, her nasty attitude was unbearable.
Plus losing my cherished EAGLE crock pot was truly sad.
Wondering why I am getting this now since I have been out of the unit for 2 years.

They only had a few openings when I inquired for an out of town friend. Seemed courteous and prices were fair.

This was a great company at one time. I just spoke with Amber who is one the rudest people I have had the displeasure of speaking with on the phone. Before I retired I was a customer service supervisor. I would never let my employees speak to anyone let alone a senior citizen with such a nasty attitude. I have explained over and over again, I am a senior citizen on a limited budget. I have had to live in motels while waiting for a senior citizen apartment. All I get is young people who DON"T listen. They are so busy condescending that I am trying to explain my situation but they keep giving me a script. I have dealt with previous people at this location and they were always kind and understanding. What happened to this business? I have had Public Storage employees that were kinder and more understanding. I am sorry that is business is not what it used to be. I always encouraged people to use them as the personnel were so kind. Not anymore.

Got its good points and bad. I was lucky enough to get a unit but only 5 by 5 and upstairs for $80 a month but I called all the others and this was available and very close to my house. Climate controlled also. But I couldn't find key one day and to get in unit I'd have to wait till manager comes from Delaware once a month. Wow that sucks but found key thank god. Also wish it was 24hour access.

Don’t waste your time. The website shows a ton of availability but when you get there to sign on there are none. Really poor practice which no doubt translates to customer care.
