Came looking for an in stock washer. I give 5 stars for Diane in appliances who was a rock star and spent time finding us a washer that was available. I give the store 1 star. There needs to be a better system. If the website says in stock it should be in stock. In my opinion lowes is much better than Home Depot. If you need an appliance ask for Diane. She should get a raise and be running the store.

Store has now gone to 100% self check out which I could accept if it was due to lack of available employees. However this store has many employees that congregate together and talk to each other, ignoring customers. Time to take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

LOWES BLOWES... still don't have our refrigerator, false promises, telling us that it would be delivered and waiting day after day for no delivery. We saw the delivery truck slow down, look at our house and then drive away, place is a joke. No clue what's going on with their inventory. We will never make this mistake again.

Called six times to check on drywall availability and was hung up on each time. This store should be closed. Horrible customer service in person also. The manager was not "available" as she was " coordinating decorating the store for the holiday"!!!! I walked out and spent $1,100.00 at the other guy.

Awful. Made 8 calls tonight. Customer service is awful. Cannot get thru. I tried many extensions. No answer. Going back to Home Depot

Dayshift manager is horrible. She actually walked away and refused to help.Customer service team care and try to help customers but no receipt policy is a nightmate...and I hold a commercial account.. Enough is enough, time to cut the cord and go back to Home Depot

I literally went in this store for 5 things. One of the things was 200sqf. Of flooring. It was special order so we did it. But when we get to register they couldn't ring it up. We tied the line up for 15 minutes. I'm calling out we need a manager. The register lady couldn't do it. Guy that rang me up in flooring dept. just happened to walk by. I grabbed him and told him situation. He went back and Redid the order. Comes back and it still won't work. Some idiot that is not the manager says go back and try it again! How bout get a MANAGER!!!! So we walked out. About $2,000 Lowe's lost today. On top of not having the other 3 items. We went to get a $600 base cabinet ordered. For an hour the lady in that dept. was helping someone. So I asked why is this desk empty? I need to order a cabinet. She said I'm the only one in this dept. always. So you have to make an appointment to see me. Huh? I have to make an appointment to talk to you to order one cabinet? HOME DEPOT doesn't do this!
