I went there to have my engagement ring resized and they messed up, I had to keep taking it back because stones kept falling out after the resize…they ruined the prongs of my engagement ring to get the stones to stay in. I would honestly not take any piece of jewelry you care about here.
My fiancé bought me a ring there at the same time, and the stones fell out of that as well, after having it repaired the second time he said “maybe you shouldn’t wear the ring for everyday use” ??? Excuse me? It was a 1500 ring, I should be able to wear it at any time. Save your $

Went to have a custom ring made. It was my mom's, and had an engraving on it. We were resizing it for my daughter, and wanted to make sure the engraving was kept intact.Well, he cut out half of the engraving, and said, that it was still a beautiful ring. The engraving was the MOST important part.He was rude, unapologetic, unsympathetic, and generally didn't care. All he said was that a lot of other customers were happy with his work, and we should enjoy the piece.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

I don’t recommend going here if you have a piece of sentimental value. I got a ring resized and was adamant and clear that I didn’t want to do anything to jeopardize the inscription. If it was going to be hard to keep it, I didn’t want to mess with the ring at all. The jeweler then removed part of the inscription without even a phone call to ask permission or give a heads up.The jeweler seemed annoyed that I was upset, despite me having been very clear. He was unapologetic and kept asking why it mattered. It didn’t matter to him, so it must not matter at all.The pieces turned out nice, which I’m thankful for, but ultimately wish I’d gone with someone else more thoughtful.

Rude, unsympathetic, generally poor customer service. Did not take the sentimental value of our piece into consideration at all, which was the MOST important part of the item. All he cared about was that he did a good job, and that other customers were happy with his work. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! Anywhere else!

I recently purchased a Beautiful Blk mother of pearl watch with diamonds for my sisters birthday , the watch is handcrafted by Aviance Jeweler it did take sometime to make , but it was worth the wait my sister ABSOLUTELY LOVES THE WATCH , she has received many compliments on the watch -appearance and style , I would like to take a moment and thank The young lady who assisted me at first in the store and the watch maker/ makers for making such an exquisite piece…..be patient worth the waitWill be back Thank you allSean

I’m shocked and confused by the bad reviews. Ive been a customer for years both shopping for jewelry and having repairs done. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with, really helpful and fair in pricing. I’m not sure the women's name but she always seems nice as well. Ill keep returning.

Extremely rude! They were pushy and laughed when I told them I wasn’t interested in purchasing a new band since mine was 50 years old and has sentimental value. They were only interested in selling an expensive band. Please save yourself time and go somewhere else.
