I called yesterday for a part and an employee said it’ll be ordered and be in today. To my surprise she never ordered it. Didn’t ask for my name nor number but told me it’ll be in. You guys suck. Waste of my time

I was in wildwood New Jersey for vacation with my family and my car battery that I been meaning to replace finally died on me while I was on vacation . I got it jumped and didn’t want to take a chance driving 4 hours back on it . I went to this auto zone and they had the battery for my car and installed it . It was not easy for them to get it out . I was waiting for them to tell me it can’t be done but they kept trying . It took two of them to do it and after about 20 to 30 minutes they got the old one out and new one in . I was very impressed.

New management Tom is absolutely the best. Helped me solve an extremely trouble some issue with a part for my old jeep cherokee.
All the employees are always smiling and busy, etc. Tom clearly has his crew under a good wing. We need more people like him in retail stores that can help frustrated customers like myself. I'm not easy to deal with and Tom makes me feel right at home.

People here are very Professional . They are friendly and helpful. If they are not crazy busy. They will come out to your car or truck and help put in your vehicle. Now that's going out of your way to make sure their Customers are happy. And that's going to have people coming back everytime. Doing this even if they charged more. Then the other auto store. People will go back here cause they care

I asked for assistance with regards to a headlight. And they told me no. They will not help me. Because it is wintertime. I have never in my life. So I drove across the street to advanced auto parts where they were more than happy to help me

Went to Auto Zone today for a battery check and I needed a new battery for my Hyundai Tuscan. Young man came right out and installed a new battery in 10min. Very nice and very efficient great customer service ? I was really impressed by how he handled my situation thanks again for your help ? Highly appreciated and recommend Auto Zone.

I had an amazing experience here the other day. I was tired from a long day of work with a dead car battery. When i got there i was greeted by Abby who turned out to be the saving grace that i needed. She went out of her way to help me instal the battery and trouble shoot through a few obstacles that we ran into along the way. Not only did i leave happy but more so i left relieved in the fact that she was a perfect example of how people should help others and reinstated my faith in humanity. There are good people out there still that will always want to do the right thing and help others when they need it the most.
