“Super Nice and Very Knowledgeable Staff .? They had the parts that I needed in Stock ,which is rare for a 15 yo Vehicle? Saving me hundreds of dollars in costs for a Mechanic that Simply blew of a $300-$600 job according to Google? At the end of the Day? Auto Zone went Above and beyond to help me out and that speaks volumes!? Plus I was Lucky enough to Have a Great Friend and Neibor, who is on Vacation. He did the job in less than 1 1/2 hours? Problem fixed !”
“Beings that it is 4th of July weekend, I highly doubted that I would be able to have two tired replaced, one of which was flat. I went to the store around 3pm and spoke to a cashier named Marilyn. One of the service techs was standing there with her named Rey. I asked them about replacing my two tires today, and was told all appointments were full but they would be happy to schedule me for another day. I work and it is not easy for me to find the time to come back in during the week. Rey told me that he understood and squeezed me in. The entire experience there was great and Marilyn and Rey went above and beyond to help me. I left fully satisfied with two brand new tires on a Sunday afternoon!!!! Thank you again!!”

“All of Calibers work was great! They just weren’t able to link some data to the vehicle data center. I like them though and would still recommend them to anyone. Not every job goes perfect however they shoot for that goal with a great warranty. I like that!”
