The representative was awesome. Her hands were tied by the company’s processes. I could not get a new phone and no locating the phone was offered. I would have also paid for the phone to be shipped from another store if it was found.

Alex, CJ, and Madison were all AMAZING! They helped my husband professionally from the begin to the end of his process of switching providers/phones. He was the first person to get the iphone 15 pro max and bring it to their store to activate. It seemed effortless for them to get him a new phone, have it shipped and arrive on time, connect his watch to the new provider, and help him get new airpods. 10/10 recommend!!!-Mike S

BE AWARE This business gains clients by lying . I went there with my dad to assist him with adding a new line into his account and upgrading his iwatch. The employee there Evan informed us what the bill will look like and what to expect. He said he will not be adding insurance because we declined it on all lines, to later find out that in fact he added insurance raising my father’s bill $60 a month not including the activation fees he said would not be on the bill. I came back to the store to better understand why he lied to us. He said that his store gets penalized when insurance is not added . The assistant manager started with being helpful saying she will be able to make things right and credit the account but that she had to get in my dad’s account using MY phone because other wise “it comes out of her paycheck” very strange . And after it was removed she said she actually can’t credit or make things right , i responded with wow that’s very convenient. She was very unprofessional and stormed off after telling me that I need to leave the store. I’m honestly disgusted by the way this business is ran.

At had a very good experience on Tuesday at my AT&T shore in Rio Grande, NJ The rep came to me right away. There was no wait period. He was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. I could not have asked for better service.

I was in the store to purchase a new phone and to transfer my old phone to a family member. When the salesgirl saw my old phone the keyboard could be seen on the white screen and she said when that happens it means the phone is getting old and did not have much more of a lifespan. So I decided to purchase a less expensive, second phone for my family member rather than transfer my old phone over. During the purchasing process, the woman told me that the plan I was switching over to with the new phones was a much better plan with much better data. The first thing I asked her was how much the data plan would be as I know they can be quite expensive. She told me it would cost nothing. She said it came with the plan and that I would not be charged for it and that the only extra charges will be for the financing of each phone. She was very polite, courteous, and helpful and went the extra mile so I never expected her as being dishonest. Fast forward, I received my first bill and it was nearly triple my last bill before purchasing the phones. I reviewed the bill and saw that the "free data" she assured me that I would be getting was costing me $65.00 per phone, for an increase of $130.00 per month in my bill. She also added insurance on the phones at $17.00 per phone, which I did not ask for. Then there was the $5.00 per phone fee for the privilege of upgrading my phone once I paid these new phones off. A privilege to upgrade fee? Why would anyone want to pay for that? I know I sure don't. When I figured all these additional costs out, this woman had increased my cell phone bill by more than $2,000.00 per year. I was furious when I came to realize this. I was especially angry at the thought that his woman deceived me. Maybe she thought since I was from out of town she wouldn't have to worry about reprisal. I don't know. I was furious! I immediately called customer service at AT&T to voice my complaint! I apologized to the woman for my tone of voice as my anger was not toward her, however, as an AT&T customer for over 20 years, I could not get over the thought that this was done to me. Is this how AT&T values its loyal customers? By snooking them into an enormous increase in their monthly/yearly bill? Thank goodness for the women who helped me with customer service and straightened everything out for me. The customer service woman also told me that they are getting more and more complaints from people complaining about being charged for services they did not order. She also asked me if I could find out the employee ID or name of the person who I dealt with when purchasing my phones. They said this has to stop! I understand the sales reps work on commission? If so, this woman gave herself a whopping payday at my expense and I do not appreciate it at all. The next time I am in the area you can bet that I will be in to find out the identity of this woman! This is no way to do business! BTW, I am also a senior citizen! Shame on her!

These is the second time I’ve been there just to waste my time I had a problem with my data connection, nothing was loading non of my social medias was working I thought it was my phone at first so I updated to the latest IOS and nothing still with the same problem, the guy at the AT&T store told me that because I have the started pack I’m not getting priority service because I live in a crowded area that for order to fix my problem I need to get a more expensive plan to get priority I didn’t like the idea so I called AT&T and the guy I talked to saw that I try to put my SIM card on an old phone so some restriction where apply to my account all he needed to do was to remove dose restriction and wala!! Problem solve but off course the guy at the store didn’t know that because they are very poorly trained all they care about is to make money and try to take that money from customer without being honest what so ever and by the way the guy I talked to stinks is the short Spanish guy loco si lees esto espero que sepas que tienes un olor extraño no se si es tu boca o que pero tienes que tener a tus compañeros de trabajo locos ?♂️
