“Arrived into town for the holidays and my senior dog developed a sudden UTI. Did a quick search and found good reviews for Orchard Grove. Called them asap and they had an appointment for him right away. I could already tell from the phone call that this was the right place to bring in my Po. “Just got back from my first time at Animal Care Center and I couldn't be happier. The staff and doc were amazing. They could not have been more accommodating with my boy Cole, hes a pit with anxiety and they took care of him like no other vet could. The last vet made me give him drugs to basically put him to sleep cause they either had no experience or just didn't want to do there job. Either way I'm so happy we have a real vet that actually cares about what they do. ? above the rest!!!!!”
“Our first visit, they made an opening for us as my dog exhibited signs of distress and has been passing out. Dr Halloran was extremely thorough noticed things my old vet did not (just 3 days earlier) and took time to show me my dogs x rays, explain findings and potential next steps. Even with the findings I left in good spirits knowing my pup is being treated by an excellent doctor and is finally in good hands.”

“Dr. Cropper is the most caring Vet I have had in my 40 years of owning animals. She has been there for multiple pets from dogs, cats. I especially like that she is a mobile Vet allowing less stress and anxiety on the animals. The animals look forward to her visit and greet her with wagging tails. This isnt the case when you normally take a dog to a vet office around other animals. Her love for animals shows in how she treats her patients. My Bullmastiffs adore her and are always happy to see her. I have also had to put numerous animals to sleep over 40 years. “My dog sawDr. Kaplan at Ramsey veterinary hospital last week. We drove up from New York City to see her for a second opinion. We got stuck in traffic and it took us an hour and a half to get there. I can honestly say it worth the time, and I would do it again. Not only was Dr. Kaplan, warm, reassuring, and understanding, but she was able to resolve what we thought was going to be a very big issue for our dog. The office staff was very accommodating and flexible. After sitting in traffic for so long, we thought we would not make it to our appointment and they saw to it that, we would be able to see the doctor. Yes, we will continue to take the drive from Manhattan to see Dr. Kaplan!”

“Five days ago I went to the Suffern Animal Hospital with my canine B due to her licking her paws constantly causing them to become raw. Upon seeing the vet, she determined that she has some type of skin irritation and after a discussion an injectable medication was prescribed. I can’t believe the results. It was amazing, her licking and scratching subsided by about 95 %. I’m told that the shot lasts between four and eight weeks. The money spent was absolutely worth it.
