What a positive experience Penny and her husband provided. I had no real idea of what I wanted and a photo that wasn't even very good quality, but it had sentimental value. Trying to decide what frame style, what borders, colors, etc, I was lost and really unsure. Penny said, \\\"Don't worry, I'm sure you're going to know immediately what you want when you see it.\\\" I thought she was being nice and knew she wanted to reassure me. What happened a few minutes later was very unexpected (to me). After proposing a few different options, I looked at one and said, \\\"That's it!. It's beautiful.\\\" It was just like she predicted! Two-tone border, beautiful black frame with gold overlay. And even the photo looks awesome. It's a centerpiece of our dining area. And, they completed it prior to Christmas just like I requested. I have two other items to frame and can't wait to see what Penny cooks up for them.

Saframes was recommended to me to get a photo I brought back from Alaska framed. I let them choose the frame and matting to fit the photo and I was amazed with what they did. I move around a lot and they set up a frame and matting that can fit any home. I would recommend Saframes to anyone who has any important item they need framed.

Honestly, I can't say enough nice things about Penny and the terrific job she did for me. At our Ambulance Corps, the glass got broken on one of our framed pictures. Even though I was a walk-in, Penny made the time to look at the piece, figure out exactly what was needed, and take care of things in a professional manner. She didn't try to price gouge me or upsell me and even gave me a same day turnaround of two hours! What's really wonderful is that you're not dealing with a big box store, but instead a person who is truly passionate about her craft and wants to make sure that everything she does is perfect. I have to admit, it looks better than before it was broken. She did such a tremendous job, and I'm happy to be able to display it. I will definitely be going to her for all of my framing needs in the future.
