“Ozzy’s gym is hard to overestimate. Commitment to his sport and the community should serve as an example to any training facility owner. My youngest daughter joined bjj classes at 6 years old when the kids program just started, and she’s been training there for over 2 years now. She trains with the same person who trained with the legend Khabib Nurmagomedov, no less. The quality of the training my child gets is the same as Ozzy provides to one of the UFC competitors. My older daughter does teen fitness classes here too, hands down the best kids program in Bergen county, with no meaningful competition in sight. I myself have been coming here every morning for almost 3 years now, place feels like home.”

“I started going to Body by Juli to get in shape for my wedding. I lost more than 20 pounds, and in a healthy way where I felt good the whole time and wasn't just dieting and feeling hungry. I had joined gyms before but never stuck with them, but working out with Juli and Ashley I pushed myself and really learned how to feel better about my body. They are so welcoming and teach you how to do everything. I looked amazing on my wedding day and I am still going to work out! I was complimented on how 'toned' I looked at my wedding but honestly how good I feel mentally and physically, I'm so glad I joined. It's a highlight of my day when I go there and start sweating. :) Highly recommended!”

“This is a great place to have a full body workout, relieve stress, and have a lot of fun! You will impress yourself with how much endurance and strength you gain in just a few classes. This gym is full of great trainers that all have their own something and makes each class different. They all motivate you to do your best and offer ways to modify YOUR workouts. Stick with it, I have lost close to 30lbs. in about six months. Take a trial class, you won’t regret it and will do great!”

“I’ve trained with Jim at Core Golf for over a year. The programming balances mobility and strength with golf moves behind each exercise. I sometimes felt like the Karate Kid, except it was golf. Jim has a tremendous knowledge of anatomy and exercise science, and I highly recommend him and Core Golf if you are looking to improve your game.”

“This is NOT a gym. This is a fitness training experience that specializes in 1:1 personal training sessions or shared group personal training classes (no more than 6 students) that is 100% worth canceling your gym membership for.As a past fitness professional who really enjoys strength and weight training, I also found myself becoming less and less motivated to push myself as I’m now in my mid-30s. I absolutely LOVE the coaches here and they all bring something different to the table by designing a 45 minute circuit that hits the whole body and is SAFE to do. They do not push you in a way that sacrifices on form and also cater to any structural weaknesses by giving modifications for those who need it. I have been going regularly 2x a week religiously since January 2nd and it’s amazing how much better my body is feeling and how much stronger it’s getting. Not to mention my clothes are fitting better too. No idea if I lost weight because screw scales!The entire staff also makes you feel welcomed and at home the minute you walk through their doors. Shoutouts to Coach Alex, KJ, and Tara who are the best of the best! Btw they offer even more personalized services and have another location 2 towns away in Waldwick that you can attend as well!”

“Evolve is a fantastic training facility- attentive trainers, great environment, high-tech and well maintained equipment along with the OGs like barbells, dumbbells, cable machines. The trainers are punctual and focused throughout the training sessions. The facility is a good size, never feeling over crowded. I love that they serve clients from youth to seniors. Cory, the owner, is kind and hardworking, very dialed into his facility and dedicated to its success. He's been instrumental in improving my mother's wellbeing, always with a smile and encouragement. “I live out of state and dropped in here for the week. Mike was very responsive and friendly. He got me set up with a week pass and welcomed me into the gym like I was family. The facility is big and clean with all the equipment you need. The coaches were great with demonstration and feedback. For my level of knowledge I felt like the coaching was appropriate but I feel like newer members may need additional demonstration or coaching. I look forward to coming back when I’m in the area!”

“My Great Nephew did strength and conditioning at SCI this past summer. He is a wrestler. He had a fairly good Freshman season at Indian Hills High School. He has started this season out very well. He was runner-up at the Cutter Classic and placed 7th at the BCCA Tournament at 120 pounds. He has remarked to me several times that one of the biggest reasons for his improvement is increased strength. He was shown a number of training routines that he was able to continue on his own during the fall. I have known Brad Vaccaro for many years and have great respect for his knowledge and teaching skills. I highly recommend SCI for everyone. “Mike, Ryan, Joe and the other trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and really listen to the feedback from their clients/athletes and know when to motivate and push or just maintain. Great facility, everyone working toward their goals, supporting each other, and pushing each other. When I first started going, the combination of my workouts, meal and food suggestions, I was able to put on about 15 lbs. of muscle in about 6 weeks. Performed better at my sport, went through life with more confidence.”

Rob is a trainer not a salesman. He has a staff of pros that will help you change your life. I personally use the nutrition coach to help me as an amateur athlete. “I work for a law firm and we needed a pet relocation vendor last minute to move three animals for a new hire the following week. I was referred to Safe Pet Transport and they were amazing to work with. John called me immediately and he was very personable. He clearly cares a lot about animals as well as customer service. He not only kept me in the loop the entire journey, but he also kept in touch with the pet owner who was relocating. He even coordinated an employee to travel from another state to assist with this relocation last minute. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.”

“The staff is amazing the members are amazing the atmosphere is amazing. They will encourage you to do your best and show you how to use the equipment properly if your new to gym like I was. They have plenty of equipment and everything works. I can't say enough good thing's about this gym. It never seams crowded when I'm there but they do have a meter on there app to tell you how busy they are. The app is a littl e wonky but that's not a big deal. If your looking for a gym give these guys a try you won't be disappointed.”
