This is the worst run pharmacy. The techs are incompetent. I have had multiple times they have gotten prescriptions wrong. Don’t trust your health to these clowns.

Being the only pharmacy in town, they are constantly busy whenever I go in there. But they greet each customer with a smile, and quite a few by name. I appreciate they prioritize filling our prescription if they know we are waiting for it. Yes, there might be a small wait but they work furiously to get as many people take care of as quickly as they can. I am constantly surprised by the negative comments and reviews as I have nothing but positive personal experiences.

I have never ever experienced slower place. They dont care. They take sooooooooooooooo long. Do yourself a favor and never come to the CVS Pharmacy. It sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The PHARMACY section is never vacuumed. Outside where u wait. The actual pharm has dust and paper etc under all counters. SIGN SHOULD BE POSTED. outside. On entrance to DRIVE THRU. When they are CLOSED. DUE TO NOT ENOUGH HELP. So u will not have to drive around.WHEN U CALL TO REORDER. U HAVE TO LISTEN FOR. MINUTES. OR ELSE IT CUTS OFF SO MANY. CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING. To each other while we wait to be serviced. I know of. At least 12. customers. Who have switched. To Walgreens and Costco due to these problemsALSO GARBAGE. Outside store is ALWays. Full and sidewalk. Not swept. It's a DISGRACE

UPS tried to deliver an expensive package to my house yesterday that required signature but I wasn't there to sign so they delivered the package to the local cvs for pickup. When I went to pick it up today the store manager said they didn't have it and tried to claim no responsibility but when I called the UPS number, the automated system said that it was signed for by Zoe which the store manager, John Gabriel, confirmed was the employee working yesterday when the package was supposedly dropped off at CVS. He said she didn't sign for it and he claimed that the UPS driver forged her signature for my package and refused to call he and confirm. Either that, or Zoe signed for a package that she didn't actually take into her possession. Either way it's not good. John was not concerned even when I pointed out those issues. On top of all this, I was shocked to see that they keep all the packages on a shelf out in the open that anyone could steal the packages off of. Absolute shit show of a system they have there. I would not have packages dropped there cause they have no system to keep your packages safe and accounted for.

I have an issue with the pharmacy dept regarding a pending prescription for a glucose meter and sticks. Today I was being served by Cho and again I tried to ask for an update regarding the problem. While I was talking with Cho, a pharmacist at her desk starting yelling what I need to do and seconded by another pharmacist also at her post. I felt that very unprofessional for them to do that. Although they were trying to help they could have approach me behind the counter. I was taken aback with this behavior I told them to stop.

Posting this review for the woman using a cane in front of me on line this evening at the pharmacy.Pharmacy gives the woman several prescriptions, the customer asks for a bag. The reply, no, I’m sorry we have no bags.Woman asks politely again and says I’m disabled and using a cane, and the pharmacy always gives me a bag.The reply, no, it’s against our rules, you have to go to the front of the store to ask for a bag.This store is a dump.

Clean and organized cvs store with drive thru pharmacy. They have mostly everything you need in stock at this location.They also have a photo print and passport photo in this location.The employees are very helpful. Large parking lot.
