Easy drop off/pick-up, and my TSX looked great inside and out. You can tell they take their time with each and every job. Would recommend to anyone looking to bring their car back to life.”
“This is a smaller operation, you pull in behind a house and wait in line to drive into a garage that has an overhead sprinkler system to wash the top of the car while men hose the car down from the sides. Before that, you exit the car for the interior cleaning. Then you drive into the garage and remain in the vehicle for the hand wash. You then drive through the second garage door to get outside and the drying process begins. You can pay inside the small office and leave a tip in the jar. My car was washed very nicely and the prices are posted on the signage leading to the wash. The only thing about this car wash is that there may be a long wait since there are no machines and this is a hand wash (especially on the weekends). Regardless, I was satisfied.”

They were so busy today but that didn’t stop them from taking their time. The employees did not rush my car at all. “Brought my F150 for a full detail. Dropped truck off and was told it would be three hours. Three hours later I got a notification that the truck was ready. The work that went in to my truck was amazing. The 2018 F150 looked better than the day I bought it. All products use for cleaning my vehicle are top notch. The guys did a great job. Will definitely be back.”

“the manager reached out and made this situation right....so I'm giving them another try. She was great to work with.
Do not use this car wash......they overbill you.
I asked for the exterior only monthly plan for $21 and was billed twice that amount two months in a row.
When i called to talk to manager, the lady who answered the phone took my info but told me she had "no idea when I would get a call back" really??
She was nasty and rude and told me to go ahead and dispute the charge with my cc co, which i have already done...
Why would anyone go here?
Stupid, deceitful and rude

“A short while back I decided to sign up for the monthly exterior wash only program, and it is well worth it, especially if your vehicle is parked outside all of the time being exposed to the elements. The deluxe services offered, and super vacuum are not for me since my car is pretty clean all of the time, and they are quite costly. I used to regularly go to Spotless Car Wash in Hackensack when I was working, and they offer individual pay-to-use vacuums for customers which I wish this place had.
The Urban Auto Spa employees are friendly, and will acknowledge you which I feel is a nice way to treat new, as well as repeat customers. So far, no complaints.”

“Fantastic customer service! Received the platinum wash. Initially noted that the interior wasn't wiped down as there were still crumbs and such around. I notified the staff and they happily did a second go around the car. Both the exterior and interior were cleaned perfectly when I left. Car looked better than when we picked it up from the dealership. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful at this car service. Will be back.”
