That's not to say there hasn't been any issues and hiccups. As with any other complicated evolution, the purchase of a 9,000# skidsteer is subject to entropy and, even with the best of intentions, things can and will go wrong. But, these are the folks you want to be dealing with when such setbacks occur. Their affable attitudes, knowledge and tenacity made everything right with this very worthwhile adventure. PS: Not to cast aspersions on MSE's competition, but a friend&I made serious inquiries for identical equipment at ALL of them within 2 hours of us in PA&NJ. These included extended negotiations on price of the machines and several attachments, warranty service expectations, remote/onsite service, phone TechSup, etc. We were so pleasantly surprised by MSE's transparency and no-nonsense attitude that we decided to go with MSE and can't imagine going elsewhere.”

“What a super nice facility! And the staff are equally as nice and professional. This location is actually several businesses in one location. They not only handle U-haul rentals and returns but also sell, sheds, outdoor intertainment items such as sheds, gazebos, play ground toys, kitchen items, Amish made furniture, bird houses and so much more. One of the coolest places I've stumbled across in my travels. I'd recommend this location for U-haul rentals, car rentals, out door cooking equipment, etc. I gave this location a 5 star rating without hesitation.”
