My golden retriever Jack, has not had success with grooming at ANY other salon, he was either never finished or requested not to return (Pet Smart)..Jack Is nervous and can be aggressive and the only time he gets his nails done is at the vet.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mike, he was welcoming and reassuring with myself and Jack. He answered any questions I had and I felt comfortable right away..and so did Jack, he went right in with him.
I was worried that I would get a phone call to come get him right way.
After 2 hours I got called that he was ready to be picked up and he was ALL DONE!...
When I arrived, the lovely lady at the front said Jack was fine and his groomer ❤️Alexa❤️ brought him right to me. I was speechless. His NAILS, FEET were better than I ever saw them, he was beautifully cut and trimmed, a true golden retriever grooming. Hes soft and fluffy and smells great!...These people are true groomers and love what they do...and Jack is proof. I love this place...their treats, baked goods and toys are great too. Thank you EVERYONE at WOOF GANG IN GLEN ROCK!!!!!

I can confidently say that my dog Marley has hated the groomers until now! I have been bringing Marley to Woof Gang & Grooming for roughly 6-7 months. It is adorable to see that when I say "Marley, we're going to Woof Gang's", she runs up to the door and is excited to get in the car. Everyone at Woof Gang's makes Marley feel like she's right at home. They have exceptional service and dog treats that I now have at home. I will be bringing Marley to Woof Gang's for the rest of her life. Thank you so much for your outstanding service! Woof Woof!

I've been coming to Woof Gang for a few months now and wanted to share how great of an experience it has been! The staff is very friendly and treat Ollie as their own dog - he's genuinely excited to go to his grooming appointments. Very happy to have found a home at Woof Gang.

The hair cut was very good but I'm very unhappy about the addons to the promised price without asking from me. Initial price promised over the phone was $105 and at the register, without mentioning, they added toothbrushing which is +$8. Only when I asked whether I have to pay extra, they said its +$8.Anyways, I thought it's going to be $105+$8 and I said ok.They said they are going to remove it if the dog doesn't allow to do it.When I went to pick her they said I have to pay $152 because they needed extra people to groom. My question is if so, why did they still do tooth brushing? Anyways I ended up paying $152 instead of $105. It's very upsetting.
