Manager Bryan was rude, and very difficult. I'm not sure this inner city kid is ready for Ridgewood. Thinks he can choose who to be polite to and brought his friends to help him. It's 3 kids running store. Feels like a Jersey City location. Refused to send package unless I packed 4 items separately so I would have to purchase 3 more boxes. Scammers

Professional, helpful staff, always accommodating my needs. The store provides business services from packacking the goods, shipping it out and receiving in my mail (for which they send an e-mail notification), very much appreciated before making a trip to the store. Convenient location in mid-town (parking a bit of a challenge though).

Where did the cheerful ladies go?
For years, a couple of very friendly women have worked in this store and made it a pleasure to patronize.
Today, there were only two surly 20-something men. Both of them had completely flat affects and made no eye contact with me. They didn’t even acknowledge me for my first full minute in the store, and the store is so tiny this had to be intentional.
I hope these two guys are temporary and the delightful women come back. If these guys are the new UPS store, I’ll stop going.

A few years ago, when The UPS Store was a couple of storefronts down from their current location, the team that worked there couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Now, each time I go in I wonder why I choose to return and, after my most recent visit, I simply won't bother trying to work with this location again. Each visit means either waiting over 5 minutes in an empty store before someone from the back comes out front to help (while hearing their conversation and joking), dealing with employees who don't have clear answers to questions or just flat out refuse to help. I've even had to drive to the UPS depot to retrieve a package the store told me they could accept -- the store blamed the driver for not delivering while the driver has a signed document from the store refusing delivery. Most recently I was told I couldn't return an Amazon item that was packaged in a bag -- yet this was how the item was shipped to me. I was told it had to be in a box but, in following up with Amazon, they told me the bag was the correct packaging as that's how the item was shipped -- increasingly they are using manufacturer packaging rather than wasting additional Amazon packaging. Amazon gave me a full refund because it was the store's error. I've supported this store because it's local but that's no longer enough of a reason to endure unhelpful 'service'.

Diane and her team is absolutely the best. I've had a mailbox here for about a year and it's been very helpful for my business. Everyone that works here is on point, friendly and reliable. Highly recommended.

The rudest encounter I will not forget. Use any other UPS store. Better parking and much better customer service. Owner is the problem.

Yikes. Customer service just is not there. With all the options to send your packages, this is not the place. Parking situation is metered and limited, so the location is not that great. If you have multiple packages you could be lugging them for some blocks.Consider yourself lucky if someone comes out of the back room to help you (mostly employee chatter fun time going on). Eye contact, a simple smile, definitely not happening.When the line is inevitably out the door there is zero sense of urgency. This issue compounds around the holiday. Staff always seems overwhelmed and bogged down.
