deplorable behavior, I was stereotyped the minute I walked through the doors. Black people do not come here!! I went to the make up section and they didn’t have my shade in the top inventory so I did what everyone does at Sephora an ulta go under the case to retrieve their other shades. The minute they came toward me they thought I was stealing, I have never stollen or shoplifted a day in my life. I’m out of town with my partner on the way to a FASHION SHOW I forgot my smash box foundation at home so wanted grab a quick replacement on the way to the hotel. This lady has the audacity to think I’m stealing. She treated me like a dog, I had so much stuff I was going to buy and now it’s ruined because some lady prejudged me. I was going to spend at least $60 at her store and walked out with my money and dignity, beware!

Rude and unprofessional behavior, dusty products and overall unwelcoming environment. The store layout doesn’t allow you to shop freely, you have to ask for help to buy or view products in the make up department, and when you browse the shelfs where the products are you get reprimanded. Entirely lacking comprehension on how a store usually works, embarrassing behavior from the (I’m pretty sure) owner or store manager.

Sad to say, Town &.Country ended their pharmacy business today. Their other departments will remain open.

I am astounded beyond words. We have used this pharmacy for the last five years. We were so sad to see Jim leave, but excited for him and his retirement. I just spoke with the pharmacist two days ago about my husband's prescriptions, and they delivered them to us. I called today about having mine and our son's delivered, and WALGREENS answered the phone. I was given NO notification of them closing. NO MENTION two days ago. A also received their monthly newsletter in my email just LAST NIGHT. Again, no mention of them closing the doors. When I spoke with the pharmacy tech at Walgreens, she told me today is the first day and many people are surprised as I am. How incredibly disappointing. What poor customer relations. YOU, the owners should be ashamed. I give 5 stars for the staff who worked the time we were customers. Thank you to Jim, Jeri, Carol, and the rest of the staff who were loyal.

Town & Country Apothecary-in Ridgewood, NJ is not your typical drugstore. It is a “true professional pharmacy”serving Ridgewood and the entire north Jersey community. I have been a customer for over 35 years. I moved out of the area back in 2008 . I now live in western Jersey but I have always kept T&C Apothecary as my pharmacy. They look out for their customers and know many by name. The staff is warm and friendly but also professional. The pharmacists and their assistants are top notch. Whether you need your doctor called, a new prescription filled, drug interactions monitored or speaking with your insurance, Jim Hertel and Jari take care of every customer’s needs thoroughly and professionally . Did I mention they also carry a comprehensive line of vitamins and supplements? Their gift department is unique and they even repair your watch. They deliver too. I often say on my way out that it was a nice visit seeing old friends. I highly recommend Town & Country Apothecary.

The personal attention and knowledge of the pharmacist's and staff is second to none. The amazing inventory of specialized gifts and every day necessities are all within your reach. The prices are comparable and shopping there is a breeze. I've been a happy customer for over 15 years. Shop LOCAL!!

Love all the personal customer service. Longtime customer of Town & Country Pharmacy in Ridgewood, N.J. Pharmacists and staff know you by name, go the extra mile to call your doctor for prescription refills, and their gifts, OTC meds, vitamins and brand-name cosmetics are top of the line. My go-to neighborhood pharmacy and gifts for decades. Home delivery too. Highly recommend.

Town and Country ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I had to pick up a prescription for my 90 yr old mom. Time got away from me and forgot. Jari and Jim did everything to contact me so my mom would have what she needed. You’ll never get that service at a “box” pharmacy! Highly recommend these pharmacists!

I love this place. I can always find unique gifts here, and there are always really good quality body products. The staff is so friendly, and when purchasing a gift, they beautifully wrap it for free!

This store is so cold and unwelcoming ! Nobody shopping but they are behind desk staring side eye as though you don't belong there! Go to pay for something they say is is this all your getting???? Never felt so out of place shopping! Get why people shop online with this kind of service and behavior! Unbelievable!!!!

As good as it gets. Going to the supermarket or huge chain is so impersonal they don't know or care who you are. The pharmacists are friendly and know your profile. They deliver, I would never switch Highly recommend
