After meeting with a number of realtors, we decided to list our home with David, and it was definitely the right decision! David guided us every step of the way from staging (which made our house look incredible), listing, showings, through the final sale. There were a lot of moving parts with the sale and David made a superhuman effort to make sure everyone involved was on the same page. He helped make the sale of our home go very smoothly, and negotiated a price that exceeded expectations.
