I've had my scripts filled here for many years. Whether it's an ordinary day or a sick day Jim (the manager) and his staff don't just put pills in a bottle and send you home. They actually look out for you and that's rare in pharmacies today. I give them 5 stars.

My prescription is never ready. My doctor called in a prescription at 8 am, and I called at 3 pm and nothing was done with it. I was sick a lot this year and the only way my prescription would be filled was if I called in to check on it. Otherwise, it just sits there and no one works on it for days. The staff is very nice... but it is frustrating to get a prescription filled here, especially when you are sick and waiting hours to take the medication.

For some odd reason, my prescription is 400% more expensive when i refill from this pharmacy. It turns out they have to apply some sort of coupon to get the price I would normally get at walgreen! Seems a bit shady so I am taking my prescription to cvs or walgreen where they charge normal price!On a side note pharmacist james pflueger is very rude and arrogant!

These people are so nice and professional. Never weird problems like at the other places I used to use. If you call with a question the technicians and the pharmacists never act like you're bothering them. It's a pleasure dealing with them. Jim is so helpful. He went above and beyond getting me a medicine covered that wasn't originally covered by my 2nd insurance totally by ordering another brand name. They really look out for their customers at this place.

Would never go anywhere else for my RXs.......if I ever leave the area it will be VERY DIFFICULT to find another pharmacy like this team at Stop & Shop Ridgewood! I feel EXTRA taken care of and lessed stressed about any medical needs because I have these guys as part of my medical care team!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great store with friendly cashiers, working shopping carts, and helpful deli workers. The store is clean and the prices are good, too. They also have great programs to give money back to schools and save you money on gasoline at Shell.

i view this place more so as a convenience store and usually just go there for snacks and drinks. I also go there for sushi sometimes or just for the premade sandwiches but nothing more than that. Sometimes it takes a while and there aren't that many cashiers but overall it fills my basic needs I don't really go there and shop for the week or get a cart of groceries or anything like that but for little things it's OK.

Terrible cashiers!!! I've shopped their once before and thought it was just 1 cashier having a bad day. I was there again last week and the cashier didn't even greet me, didn't ask for my card, and when I handed her the coupon she had an attitude. The entire time she was complaining to the cashier next to her about something. Terrible service!!! Where are the managers? No supervision! Training has to be re-evaluated! It's a shame!

It is in a convenient location. Limited variety and not competitive to other super markets. The lavatory is awkward to get to. Employees are helpful.
