Coming in from Brooklyn, NY - we have a store called Doody's out here. It's a local shop where customer service is top notch and the paint guys know their stuff inside and out. Well, permit me to say that Doody's set the bar REALLY high for what customer service ought to be like, because when I stopped by Rossi's I realized just how bad it is elsewhere. Granted, it is Covid, and not everyone is happy to be working around people, but COME ON. I had questions about color matching and it felt like I was nagging people or pulling teeth to get any answers. At some point it was suggested that I pay a professional to pay me a visit because the sales-clerk didn't have enough patience and/or knowledge to open the plethora of books in front of her. If my contractor didn't ask for Benjamin Moore paints I'd opt for a different location, or even shlep things in from Brooklyn. This was a real doozy.
