Started using Rickter's last year and I'm so much happier with them than with my previous garage. I trust that they are going to give a fair understanding of what might need to be done to our 2014 Pilot and how much it will cost.

Five stars without hesitation! I visited Richter's Auto Service today for an oil change and tire rotation, performed by Paulie. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Paulie demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout the service. He answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The service itself was completed promptly, and I appreciated the thorough inspection Paulie conducted, providing me with peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in top condition. It's evident he takes pride in his work. Although everything looked good at the moment, he gave me a heads up that I will need new set of tires in the Fall.
Overall, Richter's Auto Service exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, coupled with Paulie's expertise, makes them my go-to for automotive needs. Knowing I am not going to be taken advantage of because I don't know cars is a big relief. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy service.

You can get your oil changed here for a great price, by trustworthy professionals, or go to Mavis and pay twice as much for a rush job that omits the crush washer and leaves you leaking oil all over the garage floor. Ask me how I know!
