NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ************ is fraudulent. I have moved 13 times in last 22 years, this was the worst.. They lost the inventory, they lost large pieces of furniture, there were black smudges on all my white furniture, they broke an extra ordinary amount of dishes and a third of all my picture frames, I have always bought insurance for every move and never needed it. I spent $10,000 in insurance on this move and made a claim of $5000. They stalled and questioned. After dozens and calls and emails, they politely said in a few weeks an estimator would come to the house to evaluate the damage. After weeks of no one coming and showing up, they would apologize and vow to send someone else. That went on for months. They Never paid and stopped answering me. My only recourse is a lawyer apparently. I literally became ill trying to get them to respond.

I reached out to Steve for an estimate, and he could not have been more helpful and professional. Moving is incredibly stressful, and knowing that you have a team that is reliable and great at communicating makes *all* the difference. I am 100% confident recommending Steve and the Molloy Bros team!

Don't use them to pack your belongings. They did a terrible job packing our marble mantle clock. After telling them there was a loose piece..the clock arrived without the piece. So it can't be repaired. The clothes were dumped in the bottom if the wardrobe boxes or overloaded so the bar collapsed and the clothes arrives in the bottom of the boxes. Mayflower settled up. Be sure to list all your "high value" items.

Two antique pieces severely damaged - legs ripped off - treasured alabaster sculpture of sentimental value disappeared, air con unit disappeared, "fragile" boxes crushed, wardrobe box crushed to half height. Saw one man dropping a box from a height. Was promised that truck would remain in secure facility overnight but crew said they stayed in hotel; have asked company three times to confirm where it was, without reply. Have asked for details of head of company three times - ignored. Have warned two families about to move to avoid this company. Wish I had never heard of them.

They are crooks. Moving team showed up at 7:42am, finished around 2pm. Took over an hour to eat lunch in our new house using our table and chairs. Final paperwork they turned in said hours worked were 7:30-4pm with no lunch. When we requested a refund for time not logged, sales manager Stephen Seligson told me he couldn't take money out of his workers pockets. Translation - we screwed you the customer and there's nothing you can do about it.

My move to Denver from LI was faultless. Great team at the origin and a great team at the destination. I have virtually no damage and am extremely pleased with the service provided by Molloy Brothers and Mayflower. And, great communication while my household was in transit. I recommend them without hesitation.

Had an appointment with a Mike or Eric (forgive me, guys, this was late January/early February) for an estimate. He called me the day of wanting to reschedule because of an illness-which I completely get. We discussed some things about the house and he decided that we shouldn't do the virtual walk through and it had to be done in person and that he would call me the next day to reschedule. Now, I don't know if this dude ended up with coronavirus or not but I waited, called and still could not get through to him for the estimate appointment. Ended up going with United which worked out for me because they did a phenomenal job. Hope you're still alive, Matt (Eric?) and doing well. Edit: The VP is right, his name is ADAM. Just went back through my text messages to make sure. Thanks for the correction and quick response, sir, I've already moved.

Everything began great. The salesman come to the home to give me a quote and it seemed fine. Then came moving day. Extra charges for extra boxes and extra handling. OK it didn't seem worth a fight so I approved. When they started to deliver the furnishings each and every piece had some degree of damage. Scratches, dents, chips, torn and dragged upholstery. Refrigerator doors on a year old unit each and every door and drawer has small dents in it. Looks like the pieces were tossed around. A couple of furnishings were severely damaged. They acknowledged the damage and sent me some BS form that stated their liability. B******** I had my attorney send a strong letter. I received no response. Next I'mHeading to court. These people are horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to move a box of pillows. Horrible se

So far so good. The actual move is on Monday. Here's hoping I don't need to post anything other than more praise. George (I think) came to quote: LOVED! Hope followed up from the office and has been wonderful. Very communicative. Easy to talk to. The adorable couple who came today to pack--Brian & Kaitlyn (sp?)--did a great job. Very efficient. Very friendly. So far so good! My expectations are that Monday will be just as good. (I hope I'm posting on the right Molloy Bros page. I'm in Amityville.)

Malloy Bros was s wonderful moving experience. From Jenna’s kindness and knowledge about the process to the movers who were on time, efficient, neat and pleasant to work with. The time estimate was exact. They accommodated me by making a second stop. There rates were very fair and I highly recommend this company for your move.

I had a great experience moving with Molloy Bros. Jenna was my point person and she was simply amazing. She has a wonderful, upbeat, aim-to-please personality that is such a rarity these days, especially with a moving company. The guys that did the actual move were very professional, fast and efficient from start to finish. I would 100% use Molloy again.

I HIGHLY recommend Molloy Bros. I recently used them for a move and storage. All of their staff members are super nice and the prices are very reasonable. Moving is a very stressful thing to have to do and they truly made it a breeze. The Allen Rose moving crew were awesome! They arrived early, worked quickly and carefully. I will ABSOLUTELY be using you guys again. Thank you so much for everything!

Molloy Brothers moved us over the New Years, doubled the fee, then proceeded to negotiate still almost double the fee. We paid extra for insurance due to the value of the furniture being moved. After speaking to Ms. McBride numerous times regarding a claim and being advised they would take care of issues, it is now 10 months later and no one gets back. Obviously nothing was resolved. Insurance with this company is a waste of money. There estimate was off by 300%. Be wary of this moving company. There other complaint regarding everyone blaming everyone in this company is also true.
