Fire wood is seasoned. Hardwood splits easily to make sticks to start fire. Never had an issue in 2 years. Various size bundles to buy all the way up to a cord. Super friendly service. Call the number if you need help and no one is around, and use deposit box.

The wood I bought was definitely sporting green leaves this past summer. When I split it to make kindling, the inside was dark and wet. Bring a hatchet and split a couple pieces before you buy a rack of wood from here.

if I could give zero stars I would. This company is just terrible to deal with. I ordered a few cords of wood this season from them and the first two cords were delivered fine. The last order was just awful. I unfortunately was not home to receive the cord of wood and my wife doesn't know about firewood. They delivered a little more than a half a cord thinking I wasn't going to notice. Called back and sent the owner pictures of the two stacks of wood and she gave me the complete runaround. She said that they will deliver the rest of the wood same day but still no wood. To add insult to injury I checked my credit card statement and was double charged for the delivery. The owner said she will credit the amount back to my credit card. Three days later and three phone calls and the charges still have yet to be credited back to my credit card. Stay far away from this business. There are many other firewood companies out there that run an ethical business.

Great selection of Firewood and an even better level of service. Will talk you through any/all of your questions over the phone, willing to deliver, and will even meet you at their location any time you please. Maggie was a delight to deal with, will definitely be coming back once I run out of Firewood!

Bought a cord of 'seasoned' fire wood a month ago. Stored dried and covered until I burnt it today and got nothing but sizzling, burning, water logged wood. And We just got our chimney swept..

Our first time was last year and the $85 load of wood was not great, but it burned decently if I mixed in some kiln-dried wood that you buy at the supermarket. Bought our second load of wood this year for $120, hoping for similar or better results but it burns terribly. It is not seasoned like they say, definitely not dried. This batch is wetter than anything I've ever seen. You're better off knocking down a live tree in your backyard and try to burn that. Don't do it!

It is extremely obvious that Maggdens top priority is to make their customers happy! The staff was on top of everything and responded to all questions quickly and with professionalism. From the person taking the order, to the person scheduling the delivery and the person delivering! They all did a great job!

Be warned...they will not honor their warranty and will give excuses as to why they cannot deliver on what they initially promised. Had them install some plants for my front lawn, died after a few months, never made an attempt to replace it or care for my business despite numerous attempts to have them honor the warranty, which I paid for. Not professional and do not recommend. They're are others to select from.
