There’s not much in life that is more daunting and anxiety producing than a wedding day, birth of a baby and buying a home. All of these require assistance from experts. When you are having a baby you want a doctor you absolutely trust. When you’re selling and buying a home, your agent needs to be the best and this firm of professionals are all the people I have personally used for two BC real estate transactions and I absolutely trust them. Eileen was amazing!! We switched realtors in the middle of our home buying process because we had lost out on home after home for almost 6 months, and we felt our realtor's contingencies, local expertise, and network were not what we needed to get an offer approved in this crazy sellers market. With Eileen, we closed on a home in 1 month of working together, beating 30 offers to finally get a home. We are convinced that we would not have won the offer if it was not for Eileen's guidance, expertise, and overall strategy in a highly competitive market. Laura and her group (esp Ally) are top notch in the area. They are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about real estate. Our house sold quickly at a fair price, and the whole transaction was painless (well, except the moving part!). Laura had the house expertly staged and photographed which I feel really helped.
